First of all, where did they find these wonderful employees. The young lady on drive through at 4:30 on 10/30, SO SWEET! The young lady that was at the window on 10/17 @930pm, so patient and kind. I don’t just want my tenders and fries. Thank you for not making tenders and fries a transaction. You made it an experience!
The food has never disappoints. The fries are crispy and flavorful. The tenders and nuggets remind me of home cooked fried chicken. Even the lemonade is on point
Simply delicious. It’s not a joke that this chain name is “People Dedicated to Quality (PDQ). The quality of the chicken sandwiches and chicken tenders here is simply the best. This should not even qualify as Fast Food. The only thing that they should try to correct is the “stickiness “ of the tables, don’t know if it’s the material or the product that they use to clean, but always the tables have some sort of sticky feel. Besides that everything is great, including the service provided by the employees.
Really good food, I would argue that it taste better than Chick Fil A. Sounds crazy but I love the fact that you can go wash your hands in the lobby. Thank you for the service guys!

The food was great and it was affordable. Their vanilla shake was delish! They have crispy waffle fries! The dine in area was clean, the employees were friendly and helpful.
Should you not want to eat in, you can order your food through the drive thru. The chicken sandwich was savory, and approved by the kiddos. The spicy chicken sandwich was great, although it was not too spicy.
Manager, Jose A. has been the nicest person I’ve ever spoken to at a fast food restaurant. He helped me out promptly and with upmost respect. 10 out of 10 I would recommend going to this location and will be bringing my friends and family.
People Dedicated to Quality...aka PDQ. I can say I am dedicated to eating this chicken. I love the freshness. I enjoy the new loaded tots aka TOTCHOS like nachos...The staff is nice,some go out of their way to smile and make you feel at home. The outside sink is a plus when you’ve been eating and just need to wash your hands or just before you eat. Love that they are open on Sundays.
The food was good. However the place was empty and they made me pull into a parking spot to wait for my food with nobody in line behind me. This is more work for me in parking and then backing out for no apparent reason.
Then when they brought the food, they basically threw it at me and ran off. I noticed they gave me bbq sauce instead of honey mustard and had to yell to get the lady back. She made it right but we noticed that we were missing Mac and Cheese when we got home.
Not really happy about this experience. I don't care about the numbers. They need to serve the food at the window and give me time to look rather than having me pull forward to park in order to save their timing metrics. The metrics they are using obviously need adjustment if they cannot match them.
