I have never had a bad visit here. They are helpful and earnest. I believe they bust their butts, and with Covid, I sense they are understaffed, but Do Not Complain or make excuses, it seems they fight through ,and deliver a good product. I understand when a customer is disappointed, but we all must remember, these employees are working, best they can to serve you, making the best of it,for minimum wage. Be nice, understanding, appreciative, give them encouragement, thanks, ... and if it's not great, it's one meal, how many will you eat. It's not the end of the world, but your kindness to them, I'm sure will pick up their spirits, and encourage them to do even better, wouldn't it you? whatever it is you do. We are all imperfect, but yet Americans, this Wendy's , it's employees, will do you right...
I overheard the manager giving a inspirational speech to his team. The drive-thru line was long. And the grill went out. The speech he gave his team to keep up there spirits was amazing. He has great leadership.
