OMG!! I LOVED my first experience in a Church’s restaurant. The welcome when I first came in was insanely good, the young adults working there were fenomenal. Their names are; Joel, Raul , and Guillermo. They gladly helped me decide what to eat and explained me the deals. Those young adults were speedy with my order and got nothing wrong !!!EXCEPTIONAL!!! I don’t know what that restaurant would be without them. One thing I disliked about this experience though was the manager or (someone), getting mad at a worker right in front of me. It made me feel sad, I almost wanted to jump the bar and give him a hug telling him that everything would be ok. But other than that it was a really good experience.
Food is great, I only go on Tuesdays (chicken day). This place is the ghetto of Churches Fried chicken 🍗, I wouldn't dine-in.
Idk if I ever left a bad review on this place(probably did) but after the service I had tonight I withdraw that bad review. Tonight Jamaya(hope I spelled that right) took care of me in the drive thru and he was awesome! Super nice and friendly. Usually when we come to this specific church's SOME, NOT ALL of the employees seem disgusted with their job just by the service they provide. Especially when u want spicy, oh goodness that's like the most hateful request from a customer, or so they make it seem. But we still always go back because the chicken is good and I don't regret my decision tonight. The strips were on point, the service, just everything. Jamaya if u read this keep up the good work. Church's ppl u need to give recognition where it's due and give this guy a raise or a promotion because he has been the nicest church's employee I have EVER encountered at any of your establishments. And that's anywhere in Houston/Pasadena.
This Church's chicken serves the chicken hot and very tasty. When you don't have time to cook visit Church's in Pasadena and pickup a meal or two.
The staff is friendly and they are bilingual.

This is the best Church's around. I drive to a location that is farther from my home. Their sides are always good. Their side, fried okra, Mac and cheese and jalapeno bites are the best out of all the chicken places and especially at this location
