Have been coming to this restaurant for many years and have always been a huge fan of the Fiesta Skillet. It's my go to everytime, very delicious and filling! Their other breakfast items are great as well and do not disappoint. Skillet's is a nice place to come catch up with family and very kid friendly as well!
This restaurant is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to and my favorite of all time. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff and community that has helped keep this place running for so many years! This place was like a second home and the staff and other patrons here are like family to me. I'm going to miss spending time with my mom here once a week and getting to invite friends to enjoy a good breakfast with us on occasion. Thank you so much for all the wonderful memories! I wish everyone from the community here the absolute best!
This restaurant has THE BEST home cooking in the city. The kind of home cooking that makes you feel like you're at home. Then there's the service, it's awesome. The waitstaff is kind and friendly. Hard to find this day and age.
The place never recovered after those horrible years whenever it was ran into the ground by well, we all know who. This place will be missed and at least they got to close out happy after finally fixing everything "S" destroyed. The place will still live on through all our happy memories of the place and we will all forget about that dark couple of years it got destroyed from the inside working its way out. 😊🥰🥰

Time for the owner redo the bathrooms Men’s room is a disaster . Whole restaurant needs a deep clean plus re done. Seems this place is just being run into the ground. Sorry but time to pump some money into this place.
Best breakfast ever.. I've been coming here since it 1st opened.. too bad it's closing in 3 weeks.
UPDATE: As of 10-21-2023, our favorite breakfast place has closed it's doors. Goodbye, Skillets. We will miss you.

This is a diner. You're not going to get filet mignon, a perfect hollandaise, or tuxedo'd waitstaff.
You *will* get real food, good portion sizes, delicious biscuits, and excellent prices.
This is the place a larger family can eat without breaking the bank. Enjoy!!
Ms. Lisa was very kind and attentive. Don't expect anything fancy. This place is a simple, down to earth place where the staff know their customers and what they order. It's nice to know there are still places like this. I hope they bring their breakfast buffet back soon.
The staff here are like family, the food is very delicious, real country breakfast, love the way they smile when they greet you when you come through the doors and I just love how they exalt men and women in the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement, if there were more stars to give I most definitely would
Use to go here every Sunday when I loved in Baytown. Love thr staff, they will try to actually learn your order after a while. Kid and family friendly, there is always a kid friendly movie playing above the buffet. The food is great, and so is the coffee. Really gonna miss this place. Never spent over $25 for two people.
