This 7 - 11 store Is located conveniently on the corner of Lake? Underhill and alpha. They are moderately busy and have a bathroom that is average. It's pretty much the only gas station in the waterford lakes area.They are pretty well. Stocked on their beverages and staff is usually pretty friendly. Could use a remodel as it looks pretty old inside.
Look, not always I have a good experience on some 7eleven's, but in this case, the one I'm reviewing is great. Employees like Chelsie are the ones who make me comeback. She was attending 3 registers (and customers!) at the same time and was very polite and respectful. Perhaps her coworker wasn't there, but she managed to make things happen & quick, like it should. Definitely I'll keep coming back to this one. - and give her a raise!

711 is very convenient. 711 carries many items that I can quickly buy without entering the traffic congestion. The clerks are friendly and helpful. The variety of items is nice. They carry everything from wine to bandaids. I am thankful that I have a convenient store, open 24 hours a day, right up the road.
My daily stop, sometimes multiple times. Staff is great and friendly.

If you live in waterford this is our tried and true crew, everything you need from a gas station, and then some, friendly staff, and you don't have to leave the neighborhood..
It's a 7-11, well located near the communities, unfortunately it showed as having gas last time and it had none in Gas Buddy #hurricaneIrma
John the cashier was not only extra friendly, but went out of his way so that my family and I could learn how to receive reduced price and free merchandise .😀
