I get catering here a few times a year for my clients. The food is always fresh and hot and the staff is so nice! Great value too! My clients loved it too!

Pleasantly surprised with the service and food quality of this location. Ordered the 1/4 chicken meal and at 8 dollars it’s a pretty good deal considering food prices recently. The garlic cilantro sauce was on point. It reminded me of when it used to be Tropigrill. I stopped going there for years because it hasn’t been the same in all of the other locations I’ve gone to. Will definitely return to this one as they are friendly and doing something right.

The food was decent tasting but almost immediately upset my stomach. It was better when they would put out sauce bar. For an economical option it's an OK option. The noise level of machines is extremely loud and almost unbearable to sit inside because of it. I feel bad for workers who have to listen to it. Cashier was super sweet and helpful. The cook who pushed by me as I was in doorway struggling to exit with stroller in hand was another story.

My favorite is tropic chop chicken with yellow rice, red beans and grilled boneless chicken, l alternate with black beans as well. Both are super delicious.

First visit to this and any Pollo Tropical. GREAT FOOD, pleasant staff, efficient. No sweet tea (Orlando is still SOUTH)
