First time here; I enjoyed my bowl!
Everyone was super nice & accommodating. It didn’t take them long to make my bowl and it was exactly what I needed! They forgot the avocado, but added some without hesitation when I mentioned it. The lemonade was delicious!
It's our first time trying Pollo Tropical. We are staying near by for one night before cruise. It's walking distance to the hotel.
Overall we think it's pretty good value for the food quality, quantity and flavor. Kids enjoyed it very much as well.
The grilled chicken tasted better than fried with the smoky flavor.
Delicious fresh chicken 🐓 with the avocado 🥑 bowl 🍚 I would definitely get that again. I’m glad there open til 11 after getting off a late ⏰ flight ✈️ Very friendly staff and quick service.
Excellent chicken tropichop with half vegetable yellow rice and lettuce, slice tomatoes, slice onions, corn, side 1/2 cup of red beans. Paid extra for five slices of avocado. That was delicious. To drink with pineapple-lemonade. Waooo...

The pork sandwich and mostly broth chicken soup is an amazing combination.
It was cool. I was looking for some Spanish food. I miss the Dominican spots in NYC.
It was more like a chipotle vibe, fat food joint.
That cilantro sauce tho. Delish

Great spot to stop with flavorful food with a tropical flare that you can't get at your local chicken joint with a hint of citrus flavors in the chicken. Was only $7.50 for a half chicken and 2 sides good value. They need to expand into the Cincinnati Ohio market and other states.
Nice change of pace compared to just stopping at a standard fast food chain. The porkalachop was pretty good! The Amarillo arroz was muy Bueno!! The yuca bites were delicious, the blandest thing on the whole meal..was the pork unfortunately. Everything else was more than pleasant. Service was great, amd there sauces were amazing! If you're in the area and need a quick bite,,take this into consideration! You won't be disappointed. Less than 10 mind from the airport as well.
I have missed pollo tropical so much in nj. The grilled meats rice and beans and the cilantro garlic sauce were all so good and super satisfying. The cubano was also pretty good.
We freaking LOVE Pollo Tropical. Their Cilantro Lime Sauce alone paired with the fried yuca bites are worth the price of admission. For $30 bucks their family meal will feed 4 to 5 people easily. The picture I posted were my leftovers!
