We ordered a whole NY pizza and we waited 20 minutes which was not too bad since they were busy. Unfortunately they had added Parmesan cheese which we did not ask for, since my kids don’t like it. I told one of the employees the problem and she said she had added free of charge I explained that wasn’t the issue. I never had this issue at other locations in California. She said she’ll make a new one and apologized. She personally took it to our table after a while. We tipped her for being so nice about it and the kids enjoyed it.
I originally had an issue with my pizza which the store quickly remedied. What resulted was absolutely the best pizza I have had in Orlando in years. Very thankful to the kind and attentive staff.
It’s been a while since I have eaten at Sbarro. I just ate a slice of supremo pizza with a Mt Dew. It was incredible! I don’t know how they make their crust but it’s amazing! The staff here was very kind and helpful. I will come again. If you haven’t tried it, you should!
Food quality is still great, service was great I was greeted with a smile and thank you. The only reason I didn’t rate the location a 5 is because my pizza was cold on the inside. I had a double layer pizza (not sure what the correct name is) this could have been noticed by me if I wasn’t in a rush to leave the mall. Still a great place regardless.
Great location. Initially had gotten three pieces of pizza that unfortunately were burnt on the bottom. This team totally took care of us, cooked a fresh pizza and got us all taken care of. Customer service at its finest. Thank you!
The staff was very attentive and went out of there way to be kind to my autistic son we are very appreciative of them the food was fresh and fast

I work here...no comments..I can comment now because I no longer work here. The staff great ppl. My boss great lady goes over and beyond to teach and assist. I will end my comments there because thats all the positive I have to say..
The staff was very friendly & helpful. We had pizza, breadsticks, spaghetti & marinara, and spinach stromboli. Seriously delicious!!
Since moving from New York this is best pizza I tasted so far hands down definitely my number one pizza place
