Blaze Pizza

I've been to this location 3 times with my family. The pizza options are a delight to have, and that's why you'd choose this establishment over a regular pizza place. Everyone in your party can choose a pizza (Build your own option) based upon their dietary needs or, simply, their likes. Options seem fresh, and serving areas appeared clean. Prices are competitively priced; worth it. Tables have always been clean the 3 times I've been. The service you get is based upon the night. I was impressed the first time. I got to look at the toppings and choose without feeling rushed. (For a new customer, not familiar with the process or options, this could be overwhelming on a busy visit). The food was delivered to our table quickly. Beverage machines were clean and drink options were full. The next 2 times I visited, it was chaos. I was rushed through the line when asking about the gluten-free bread option and finishing glazes. Also, the register person was annoyed when I inquired about a cold red wine - asking for them to look in the back to see if there were any (there was only the cold white wine in the cooler area near the register). They seemed interested in their conversation with the person working the oven area. I asked for a smore after seeing it advertised - and to have it heated afterward, which also annoyed the person. It's AT the register so you won't know you want it for the first time until you actually get to the register to pay - but then want to read what it is and obviously have to add it on to your order!!! I'm going to give the location another try, as it is across the street from a popular college, so I'm assuming college students are working at their first job and learning customer service skills. Perhaps I'll choose to visit mid week and see if that changes the annoyed/impatient worker attitude.

I have never been to a location of Blaze but we stopped there for dinner inside Disney Springs and we loved it! Service was fast and good! The pizza came out mere minutes after we sat down to wait for it and it was very tasty. We are looking to try it in our home state when we end our vacation.

Everytime I come to blaze pizza I get a nice and fresh pizza! I like being able to customize my pizza and blaze never fails! Their cheesy bread is also pretty tasty and great for when you don’t feel like eating anything too complex. I love adding the pesto to the cheesy bread too!

Most chill people ever, they walk ya through what you’re ordering, and the musics a vibe. Would highly recommend, thanks y’all (:

The pizza is the bomb! My employer ordered at least 100-150 pizzas for a mother's day appreciation lunch and every pizza I saw looked delicious. I had the Veg Out and it was phenomenal! The bottom and crust were crunchy which I love. The dollops of tomato sauce very tangy and matched the vegetables perfectly! I'm impressed! This is definitely one of the best places in Orlando to get a pizza. One thing that bothers me was the crazy amount of cornmeal on the bottom. I understand that it's used to prevent to dough from sticking, but there was so much that it felt like sand on my hands. I was constantly wiping my hands, because it felt so weird.
