Lots of yummy and interesting choices. I brought 4 family members who aren't smoothie nuts like me. I was nervous they wouldn't like it. Everyone found something they enjoyed. Wish there was one in Iowa City!
I love this place! Go almost every morning and the manager is super cool!and she keeps her nails really cute! Also a girl by the name of Taylor made my day getting my smoothie perfect! All the staff is actually Bomb!
Got the banana one with yogurt but I skipped the whey. I can tell it's fresh banana for sure. I'd give it 4 stars.
I'm still trying to find a favorite here though.

Smoothies are wonderful. Usually short-staffed and the wait is extraordinarily long, especially today. Employees seem stressed and rushed. Overall, kind people but could use more structure.
Best customer service at this location every time I have came here! The young ladies are great and do the best they can. I remember my first job as a teenager and we all made mistakes. But they are great!! It’s clean and friendly! Will highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!!!!
We ordered 3 smoothing. I had the Caribbean way. My grandma had the mixed berries (I was not a fan but she loved it) and my babygirl got the kids lil angels flavor and she loved it.
The ladies there are great, friendly, and very helpful. The product is a delicious and perfect meal replacement.

I’ve been coming to smoothie king for years. I’ve met the owner and have had great interactions with him even. I stopped going because there were new “managers” in the past year and I didn’t feel I was met with the same customer service you could tell the staff wasn’t trained well and they were doing their best but sinking with no help. I was DELIGHTED to hear that the manager Brila was back. She always did her best to make every guest feel welcome and she’s why I would keep coming back. I know under her supervision again this store will get back to the smoothie king I once knew.
The smoothies are so delicious in a ‘I love all this fresh fruit’ way, as opposed to a ‘it tastes like fruity ice cream’ sort of way. I love the drive thru and all of the options. ‘Why 4 stars?’ you ask. It’s 2pm on a Friday and I have been waiting in line for 15 minutes and only two cars have moved. Yes, I tried going inside and the lobby is closed for some reason. That part I get- stuff happens. However, there’s no excuse for service being this slow regardless of the lobby being open or closed. I’ve worked in food service for a long time and the only explanation I can think of is that they’re severely short staffed. This is the first time I’ve experienced a wait so I’ll come back at least one more time, but they have got to figure out a way to provide faster service.
I love this location! Everyone is always so friendly and quick to full fill my order. The times that I have gone, I see everyone, to include management working together to take care of all of their customers. I highly recommend this specific location. Keep up the great work!
