The only reason they lost stars was because we thankfully checked our bag. They missed a sandwich, and there was no way we would have waited for that line again to get it. We also were not given the correct drinks and so my hubby got two since they didn't give us a diet for me. However, the sandwiches were spot on delicious. So yummy!
Par for what you have come to expect out of a fast food joint. None of us should be eating this type of food anymore 😒
It's a very well run Arby's. Nice view. Great employees. Food always perfect with extra good 🫙 sauces.
The wife and I had not been to an Arbys in years. Food was great. Service was great. Nichole (spelling??) Was observed dealing with a difficult customer and she was polite and professional. We also noted the cleanliness was good. The team was on top of it!! Good job!!!!
Clean, clean, clean, and yes, the pecan chicken salad sandwich is to die for. Of course all the rest of the food is scrumptious, and not that busy at all. We dined in and this restaurant even smells like mmm, cinnamon/apple something or other.
Great service! I went with my family and ended ordering about $70 worth of food. When I got home I realized my meal wasn’t there. I grabbed the receipt and went back and they were very understanding and even gave me a free drink because I had to drive back. I’ve worked in fast food but this is one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had… great job night shift!
Wow!!! Super impressed all of the food was hot and fresh. Chicken Nuggets were cooked perfectly and still moist. The beef and cheddar had plenty of meat and cheese sauce the fries were golden and soft. We will definitely be returning to this location.
Not the easiest location to get in and out of, but dang its some really good food about 80% of the time. Always great staff and service, freshness lacks a bit.
The food is great but never order through GrubHub for them. The two times I have back to back I've never seen my food. Once it was left in a pile of mulch in the pouring rain no where near the location. The second time it was "delivered." The people who pick up the orders from Arby's for GrubHub can't be trusted and their Customer Service doesn't have a way to report them.
Always quality food. Service anywhere always needs improvement, but I don't think anyone knows what that is anymore.
