Wow, this panda express gives very large portions and has fresh entrees and sides even in the afternoon. Very impressive for a fast food chain. Super clean inside as well.
I have used the drive through here several times and the service has been fast and the food good. Their drive up speaker is a little difficult to understand, especially with a lot of traffic noise or wind, but it usually isn't a problem...until yesterday.
There were only three cars in the parking lot, two of which were parked in the back corner, so pretty sure they were employee vehicles. The people from the other car were just walking in the door.
I pull up to the speaker and am greeted with the "Welcome. Would you like to try our...What can I get for you today?" I place my order for a bowl and am asked "What side would you like with that?" I tell them, then say one other item I want, then say that's all.
Silence....Am I supposed to pull up? Nothing was said. The speaker isn't all that great but I'm pretty sure I understood what they said. I wait for a couple of minutes, then pull up to the window.
I can see one customer getting some food and one employee walking back and forth but not really doing anything. The employee finally comes to the window and says, "What can I get for you?". I said that I had placed my order. Employee says that they had asked me to wait because they were busy (yeah, right, three customers busy). I said, "Then why did he ask what side I wanted?"
"We didn't get your order. What can I get for you?" So I ordered and paid and got my food -double checked to be sure I got what I ordered.
By the way, I had decided to try the "Sizzlin' Shrimp" which they have been promoting. Not good. Too spicy. I hope it wasn't because the employees messed with my food...
I'm not sure if I'll go back there again. If I do, it won't be on the weekend.
How do you run out of napkins at a fast food restaurant? Also, dipping sauce for the ragoons. Those are basics.
We have eaten at this establishment so many times within the past year. We are always treated with respect and kindness. Their food is fresh and if it is not fresh, they are wiling to make it fresh. Thank you from our family to yours! Genuine thanks.
Everything was great. Food, accuracy of the order and utensils, etc. all there. It's just not quite so upbeat. But still good service all in all.
Consistently great tasting food!! So easy to order takeout on their App, (both on my laptop and on my phone), to pickup at your leisure, that I never would sit in the perennially long line!
Quick, decent American style Chinese food with good prices. By far my favorite was the almond chicken. I added a lot of Sriracha to give it a little bit of spice. If you like spicy food, you aren't going to get it here. The Sweet Fire chicken had zero spicy flavor, but I do like my food very spicy, so I suppose there are some that would disagree. The cream cheese wontons we're pretty tasty and the sweet and sour sauce was very decent. The stir fry rice was fairly dry both times I tried it, so I added coconut aminos to it and it still wasn't very good. Overall I'd say it's worth it for the cost if you're in a hurry and want American style Chinese food!
Love their food! Just a little disappointed that their chow mein has changed and is way more greens than noodles these days. But that's my only complaint!
Good clean place for a quick meal. Lots of options and friendly service.

I didn't want rice for my bowl so they told me to order an entre. It came in this tiny box. I didn't get full. I've never had an issue before getting a bowl without rice. IDK what was different. It still was tasty but sized for a small child.
