I checked out their food truck at Late Nights at the Zoo, and it was great! The pepper jack mac and cheese bites are TO DIE FOR. I split one with my friends and we had to go back for another round. They have the perfect cheese to noodle ratio- and the veggie burger was really good too!
We had been looking for reuben egg rolls and they delivered. Surprise of the day were the leprechaun straws (fried pickles). They were crispy and still had lots of pickle flavor. We also did the burger special but the burger overall lacked seasoning so we will try something else next time.
Almost all of my experiences at Paddy's have been a delight. You can always count on any item on the menu to taste absolutely delightful. My main go to's are the Rachel, Ruben, and their chicken items. We go here often as it's right near my office, and it's always something I look forward to.
Food was very good and reasonably priced. Mid afternoon late lunch so we were only ones in the place. Only issue was I ordered onion rings and what I received was a overcooked and burned mess. Others got FF and they said they were good.
I'm so iffy with this review! The first time I went the service was awful and the food was amazing. This second visit, the service was a tad better and the food was NOT Amazing. So I guess I'm going with a 4 but I'd rather a 3.5.
The first time I loved the Irish nachos and have been raving to my kids about them. So so good! My burger was juicy and the fries dipped in the homemade ranch was such a pleasure.
I took my kids last week and we started with the Irish nachos, duh. The homemade chips arrived soggy and well...not something I want to order again. My daughter wanted to try the Reubens egg rolls and so we got those as well. Not sure the rave reviews on those, I had one bite and was done. My burger arrived and I was ready for bliss but all I got was a bite in to a very dry and medicore burger. What? I just went 2 months ago, what happened?
The fries in the homemade ranch though, still did not disappoint. I don't know if it's homemade or not and I don't care. It's lovely.
The service was better with one bartender/server on a Thursday at lunch then it was on a Sunday at 2 p.m. with 4 of them behind the bar. It takes awhile to be acknowledged here, but you are more welcome on a Thursday then a Sunday. Not much though.
Not sure how I feel about it and if I want to come back. Service isn't great and obviously there's a complete lack of consistency. I stick with (3.5) 4 stars due to my first visit but it's based entirely off food and not the service.
Really had a great time with 18 of my family. Live Irish folk music was super. Waitress was very friendly and helpful. Will get back and enjoy again!
Not a local, bit have been 3 times. 1st was Great! Bailey was Outstanding. Unfortunately, last 2 visits for lunch and brunch not! Owners need to buck up and staff. 1 bartender and 1 server can't take care of a full restaurant...get in your business and stop relying on just your kids....
Every time I come back to Omaha to visit I have to have a Reuben. Tried this place for the first time and hands down the best Reuben I have ever had! The onion rings are amazing!!! The bloody Mary was just okay. This will be my go-to spot for Reubens when in Omaha
Great food and great service even when just getting carry out. Try this place!!! Never heard of anyone dissappointed.
Almost every Friday with wife, Gramms, and Auntie, sometimes Munga. Great 5pm steak special (steak, salad, potato, cheese bread 😋), Corned beef and cabbage 17th of every month, kids meals (Grandkids like corned dogs). Wife likes Reuben egg rolls. Lots of beer to drink. Pics later!
