Take out order. I ordered the family catfish dinner with double fried okra and two large orders of greens. We also got slices of lemon sunshine, strawberry mousse and chocolate turtle cakes. EVERYTHING is delicious! The fish is cooked to order. They were playing 70s/80s soul music. Restaurant is clean and has comfy waiting space.
Fish was lightly battered and made fresh. We were sad that they were out of hush puppies, but we plan on trying them next time. We were full and took our dessert home, which we enjoyed very much!
Second time patronizing this place and the food is delicious. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is pleasing. Nothing like the action of a Soul Food kitchen with some Blues in the background. Reminded me of being back home in the Chi.
Service is the best! Call ahead to order so your food ready when you get there. That shrimp was everything. Collard Greens a little heat and little sweet. Next time I'm trying the blackened fish.

The catfish was tasty. Everything was cooked as we waited. Fried okra was the best I’ve had In a long time. Everything was freshly cooked. Not a bad place to grab some fish. They were out of chicken wings.
I have been hooked on lutifi's since I moved to the Midwest, staff is amazing portions are shareable and I love love love love their food. Great place for comfort food
This was my THIRD visit. My second one wasn't so...well. But this visit, earned 5 stars. I came for tilapia. I left with whiting, 🦐 shrimp, and the tilapia. The food was right on with flavor and seasoning. I also took a sample of the smoked chicken. You can definitely taste the intended flavor in them! I drove an hour to get here. Today was worth the trip!
Nice hot and fresh. Such good fresh fish, fries, red beans and rice was soooo good. Carrot cake was awesome. Will get fish there again.

This might be the best fried fish in Omaha. I've been driving by this place for weeks before I finally decided to stop. They offer a great selection of fried fish as well as sides. Carry out or delivery only. I got the half dinner cat fish with hush puppies and green beans. Absolutely amazing food. Perfectly seasoned fish batter and perfectly cooked. I'll be back very soon!
