I drove up to the drive thru at the 120th & Center location today and was greeted by the most cheerful voice. LeShaun is the best at his job! I love it when i meet people who are killing it at work!
We had ordered food over the drive through. The service was prompt & the food was delicious. Their Chicken chipotle melt is an anytime hit.
Another all time favourite is their Nacho Fries with the super yummy Dip.
The Nacho fries keeps going off and on from their menu list though. I wish it is available the year through.
Inside is nearly always empty, and the AC is on full blast so it's nice and cold!! The drive through has the clearest speakers in Omaha and they're one of the few places that have a bright screen for read back.
Park your car. Come inside. Order on the kiosk and have a seat. I swear 90% of fast food complaints are drive-thru related. Are you all allergic to a table and chairs? Why drive home or back to work to eat cooled-down mush? Take the 10 minutes to sit down and eat it fresh. Drive-Thru and Takeout are inferior food experiences. Accept the truth of that.
I had a great experience here on a Thursday evening in February. Speed of service was great. Food quality was good. Employees were all friendly, presentable, and taking care of the customers. It felt like a pretty rare fast food experience.
I do wish they'd bring back the fresh-brewed ice tea. Iced tea should never come out of a soda fountain.
Manager is from west Africa. Very nice man.
It's taco bell. Always clean and quick.
Just only sometimes food orders are wrong .they also fix it though.
Taco Bell has great breakfast items. Our favorite is the breakfast crunch wrap. It has egg, choice of sausage or bacon, a hashbrown, and a spicy jalapeno sauce all inside a grilled tortilla. It's a delicious way to start your day. If you like pico de gallo ask for it "California style".
Haven't been here in a while but I had thought about the nacho fries and thought I'd check them out and so my bf left his phone there and they held it for him and returned it was a big relief and really shows that they're still some cool people in this world fries were awesome btw
Staff was helpful and polite about other drink options available since they were out of what I needed 😊😊😊 will be back!
