Was there today about 1:20pm. Have not been there for years. My wife and I were served promptly and the waitress was good. I had the luncheon special , and my wife had the cheese enchilada. Both were very tasty. Will go back some more.
Went there tonight for first time in years! Delicious! Especially loved the beef and cottage cheese enchilada. Huge and very flavorful. Service was awesome!

One of if the the best mexican food places in omaha. The enchilada is huge, if you need sides with this beast it's time to start heading to a gym. The salsa is by far the best in the entire area. Spicy and enough kick to really help point out what amazing flavor it has. It a little out of the way but it's worth the journey. Love this place friendly staff great food.
Just as good as I remember it being, best nachos, great margaritas and plenty of cheese on everything!

I have been coming to OJs since it opened, I love the building, the atmosphere, I love the food here, I love the salsa, I think this is the best Mexican restaurant in Omaha, this is the only restaurant that I actually crave for the food from here, please don’t close !

I enjoyed visiting this restaurant for dinner. My experience reflects a to-go order, and I definitely plan on returning for the full sit-down experience.
First off, the staff are incredibly friendly! Since this was a new place for me, I was a bit anxious about trying it out, but I was immediately set at ease by the friendly service. The premises were clean, too, if a little quaint. But definitely not off-putting.
My standard first-timer question is "what's popular?", and so my waitress suggested a couple of local faves. The beef enchilada being one, and the green chili burrito being the other. I ordered the green burrito to go, and waited about five to ten minutes for the order to be prepared.
Really this is an understatement because sitting at the bar, the waitress engaged me in pleasant conversation, and the wait went very quickly. While chatting, I detected a strong sense of community and inclusion, here, being a part of the local Florence restaurant community. They even suggested a couple of other places nearby for different tastes in food.
After saying goodbye, I took the food to work and opened this green burrito to a delightful smell of cheese, beans, pork, aromatic veggies and spices. My first bite was delicious, and I eagerly ate half of it in no time at all. I would have finished the whole thing but the portion size was big enough to have made me miserable from being full. (That's a good thing!) I put the leftovers away for a snack, later.
Now, I'm the sort who will always try to offer SOME constructive criticism, and I'm left a little wanting for this review. That said, while the burrito was very good, I would say they could possibly improve on the degree to which they cook the pork in the green sauce. It was tasty, no doubt, but some may find it to be a little dry, as if it had been cooked in the sauce for an extended period of time. But to be frank, the overall combination of the ingredients was very well balanced, and made this observation a little picky. All in all, I enjoyed the burrito!
The prices were fair. As of April 2019, I paid a little over $11 for a large-enough burrito with cheese to last me two meals; no complaints there. They do accept cards. The hours are a little specific, so definitely check that before your visit.
So considering the to-go experience, I will definitely return, and I also look forward to bringing my family and coworkers for next time.
Been awhile since we have been here. The food was just as good as it has been through the years. There was a couple that came in that exhibited and acted like they were entitled. The waitress and owner/management handled it with class and very efficiently. Great job. Will definetly be back.

Had a to go order. Delish. Stayed warm and good while I drove home. I was quite impressed how fast the service was. Best Mexican food you'll find on the north side of town.
