I gave them a 5-star because the wrap I had was amazing. My spouse had a sandwich that was awesome as well. We both ordered the #9 Italian Night Club. Used a gift card online, ordered it, went through drive-thru to pick it up, came home and had it with soup. Perfect last minute dinner!
My sandwich was great, consistent with all other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. I had my order taken and made in under a minute, even while they were working on a drive-thru rush. Great place.

Just stopped in to try and get a sandwich inside today manger let me know that they close the lobby at sundown because they have a history of getting robbed. Glad they are keeping themselves safe! I just went thru the drive thru and same amazing sandwiches. So surprised at all these bad reviews drive thru is always an option and if staff need to lock the door for safety it shouldn’t be an issue none the less I love jimmy Johns Expecally this location! Great food service and staff!

It was over the lunch hour when I arrived & there were 4 cars already inline waiting 1 ordering. I thought, this will take forever to get through. To my surprise it moved super quickly & the nice lady on drive thru was very friendly & efficient. In & out quickly with friendly service so it ticks all the boxes. My sandwich was yummy when I got home & could eat it!

This review is to put aside the quality of food that you get for your money (which is so so). I ordered a sandwich online which was delivered in a timely manner. The sandwich was not what I asked for so I did call to let the manager know and see how we could fix it! Within 10 min. I had the correct order delivered with no problems at all! The customer service they provided was outstanding! Kudos to you!
