Getting a little too pricey for me. I can make homemade runza's at home for cheaper. Still tastes great, great customer service, great locations.
I love their salads, but their app and customer service could use a few tweaks. Why don't you folks offer the option to pick up my app order at the drive-thru? I don't like having to walk through the drive-thru line of cars to enter the restaurant, and I don't like that my food is sitting unattended at the counter for anyone to mess with or take. I went through drive-thru, asked nicely if I could get my app order there, and was shot down by the chick working the window. Seriously? Would it have been that hard to be nice? And, an hour later I receive notification that my order is ready.
Yes, I know I can order and pay at the drive-thru, then scan the receipt for rewards, but somehow I've gotten out of there more than once without a receipt. And now, it's about the principle.
Love Runza. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. If only they could master making a good size ice cream cone I would be in heaven. Will be back for sure.
Came here today for lunch and I was So shocked when I walked In due to its cleanliness! There was an older(still young though) gal who seemed to really care about this establishment. She was cleaning the whole time! Cleanest Runza I’ve ever been to. The food was also very delicious!
The food is always fantastic! The ranch is one of the best ranches around. Make sure you grab some to dip your fries in, yum! And the weekday lunch crew is top notch. They know how to move the line quickly and efficiently. Also, very grateful they are part of Tagg to help non profit organizations raise money.
I know I'm getting real food made fresh daily by associates that work fast and efficiently to guarantee quality food and service to each guest.
Food is fresh and delicious. Price seems a bit inflated for the quantity. Smaller portions but high quality.
Staff seemed a bit young and were inappropriately rude to an older employee in front of customers.
We are big fans of Runza. Definitely a go to for quick dinner on a busy night. Whether you order any one of the amazing Runzas or a burger you'll be happy. We love the fries and onion rings. We would really love it they would bring back the onion ring dip. That is sorely missed in our home. Keep up the great food!
I wish I knew the name of the manager because he was awesome!! I had a large order from my place of business (for seven people) and the manager graciously offered to take my list and bag everything separately. Once I got back to the office with the food, we discovered that one of the orders was missing fries. When I ran back to Runza to get them, this same manager made a point to hand me the fries and say ,"Thanks for letting us make things right". To get this type of classy response was fantastic - most people would have just handed you the fries and said "Here you go," or something like that.
Fries and ranch are 10/10
Try all of their sauces though!
