I can definitely give a 5 star for my experience. They got extremely busy when we were there and ended up with a line wrapped around outside the door, waiting to be seated. (we made it before the lunch rush) I wish they had more servers, but I totally understand they way things are right now. The order was correct, the wings were good and the wedges were fresh. She got a littlr overwhelmed buy she never forgot about us. I'd definitely go back, hoping they weren't as packed.
Bone-in wing quality is Mid. The sauces though. Got Hot Buffalo, and spicey Garlic. Loved it. Needs more fries on the plate. Beer prices are mildly steep too.
We went into BWW and our server was Justina. Her service was excellent, friendly, and thorough. She was busy but was helping tables as quick as she could. Food was fine and fairly reasonably priced.
Great food and atmosphere! Our server (Marissa) was super nice and polite! We enjoyed our supper tonight.
Had a little wait but it was Friday night, They have tons of TV's playing a variety of sports, Food was ok for my 1st time I thought the wings would have more sauce on them so was kinda disappointed on that not but my Burger was pretty good.
Food was really good! It took a long time for it to come out and our waitress had way too many tables to keep up with all her guests which caused us to not get adequate service. I ordered a Bud Light on tap which was kind of flat which was mildly disappointing. Other than these minor inconveniences, I had a tasty dinner and our waitress was very kind and helpful when she was available. Hopefully they can hire more staff.
Food and service was good, not a fan of scanning the QR code on the table to pay the bill
We really enjoyed our visit today. Waitress was good food was great and we stayed for a long time and even ordered more food. The only issue was there was a mistake on our flavor quantity of wings. The waitress apologized and offered to make it right, but we were enjoying the time there and went with what we got. We had a small gathering to officially end our fantasy football season. Thanks for the service
They have great lunch deals. Service is always great.
Food and service were good. I was misled about the BOGO special. It was presented as buy one get one free, where it was actually buy one get one 1/2 off. With my group of 25 people it was a costly misunderstanding.
But the wings and variety of food selections are excellent. It’s a fun place to take a group.
