I was here today picking up a doordash order. The young man at the counter was a rock star. It was their lunch rush and he was taking orders at the counter as well as refilling everything as the customers kept coming up saying the lobby was out of certain things. His customer service was amazing to see. He didn't skip one beat or get flustered. More places need employees like him. All the staff worked together to get through that rush!!!! He was pulled every which was possible and handled it like a PRO!
I am going to move this Runza store a bit higher. Excellent service there and run like a top compared to other fast food places including other Runzas. The fast food prices are in line or lower than many other offerings as well. Common order is Cheese Burgers. Comparied to most compariables, better.

Being a native of Lincoln, every time I come back I have to have runs up. It never disappoints me. Even though I know it's not the healthiest meal, I enjoy every bite! Even the onion rings don't taste, oily and nasty.
I absolutely love Runza food and when I get food from this location its always really good but I'm giving it 4 stars because every time I order popcorn chicken, I order 3-4 orders of it and I ask for 3-4 things of the ranch. EVERY SINGLE TIME they only give me one cup of ranch. I know its not a big deal but its happened a handful of times now and ive even tried asking different ways. The staff are for the most part really nice and helpful and the restaurant is very clean.
We decided to hit Runza on our way out of town. Never a bad choice! There was a line of cars that moved quickly. They got our order correct and it came out hot! We will be back to this Runza location in the future!

I know there isn’t anything the store management and staff can do about this, but I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I am unable to use the drive through here because my Ford F150 doesn’t fit in the drive through lane. My truck isn’t huge, not even a 4 door pickup, but I would have had to destroy their landscaping to use the drive through so I had to go inside for a to-go order. Food was great and the crinkle fries were exactly how i asked for them, extra crispy, so kudos to the staff for their service and the store was very clean!
10 out of 10. We ate traveling home to Iowa and had never heard of this. Was so good. Runza deding needs some stores in iowa would definitely be a big hit.
That Swiss Mushroom Runza was so Damm Good!! I haven't been to Runza in years..Forgot how good the food is here! Service was excellent..we had a big order and the young lady handled it with ease..Very quick and the food was hot and tasty. Job well done!
A friend and I had a Sweet Berry Salad, very fresh! Busy place, still good service!
