The service was very slow, there were only 2 other people dinning but I think they were more busy with take out orders. The phone kept ringing and there were people in and out picking up food.
After ordering our food the waiter (owner I think) never came back to our table to check and refilled water. We tried to flag him down so we can get a to-go box but he never once looked over and just kept on with his business. He was busy at the desk and there were other people who came in and waited a good 10-15 minutes before they placed their orders and I can hear all the whining, huffing/puffing and complaining from their table while waiting to pay which took another 7-9 mins standing in line.
Overall the food was food and the boat noodle had an authentic flavor and you can tell its just a small family own business but they should get some additional help.
I typically tend to venture only in downtown or midtown Omaha for dining, but this outing was worth it! The restaurant is located not too far from downtown/midtown areas. The service was nice and the vibe was pleasant (relaxing, modern feel with a touch of Thai). The cuisine from Thailand seemed delicious. It was well presented. Nice selection for vegetarians (like me) and those who are not afraid to handle spices. Overall, a delightful experience. Go try it out.
Hands down one of the top 2-3 Thai restaurants in Omaha. We practically come here every week we can’t stay away. The yellow curry is PERFECT and it’s my favorite dish there. My husband’s favorite is the Tohm Kah coconut soup. He also loves a lot of the stir fry dishes. The service could be quicker however, we usually only see one chef and one server manning the whole restaurant. On busy days/times, you may wait a little longer for food. The staff is always very friendly and they recognize us when we come in. Highly recommend.
Such a wonderful gem! Learned of Laos Thai from a friend's recommendation and can't thank them enough. The service and food are always top notch. If I lived closer I would be a regular for sure!!!
Incredible food. Had the drunken noodles, pad thai, fresh rolls, and chicken wings. I'm not sure about authentic since I've never been to Laos or Thailand, but I can say this food is top notch and homemade excellence. Very clear the sauces and such were made from scratch and the flavor was unique and not cookie cutter versions of the dishes. This will be my standby Thai spot.
I was driving from CA to PA and stopped here, not expecting great Thai food in Nebraska. This place is amazing. They make their own curry paste as you can see the ground up lemongrass and spices at the bottom. So good...this is the real deal if you know Thai food. Highly recommended.

This was my first time here it won't be my last I really njoyed it! Try it if you have an open platlet like my the food is fresh flavorful no meat opinions! 😋
The best Thai I’ve had in Omaha. The tom kha soup is delicious, and we had the custard with sweet rice which was super good! This is going to be one of our favorites.
Fantastic fresh food. Amazing flavors. Pretty quick service. Just okay atmosphere. But you won't care because of the food. Really good sauces and accompaniments. The mango Rangoon is fire. Parking is difficult.
Food was great, took about half an hour to get our food after we ordered. Otherwise, service was also excellent. Very good portion size for the price
