Waitress could have been alot more attentive in refilling drinks, cleaning plates off and delivering togo container.
The two males behind the bar were excellent and delivered exceptional service.
Food was good. Not to my tasting tho. I did not like how sweet the tacos were. I'm sure someone will love them. However the rice was dry and bland and the black beans were bland. No salt on the table and no waitress to request any salt or even try to get a hot sauce to try and make them better. It was an overall nice experience. Definitely can not say it was a terrible experience just because of a waitress that disappeared 80% of the time.
Super chill atmosphere. New fashion was better the second time. pretzel and sauces was super. Rueben flat bread was divine. A little mustardy but it made it Spicey. Strawberry essence martini was flat and watered down but that life.
Staff was super. Food was goodish. The appetizers were real good. We enjoyed those. I had the Italian grinder and it was okay. Solid 4-star out of five. Felt like it could have been better. Fries were good.
Mixed drinks were solid.
First off the service! Kurt may be the best server in Omaha. I'm not exaggerating! Second if you don't try the bruschetta you are missing out. This isn't that crunchy crispy croutons with pico you're used to. This is legit one of my favorite appetizers and will come back just to get it. Then to get to the dinner. Kurt brings me out a massive steak, and brings my wife a wonderful looking piece of salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. I have nothing but great things to say about The Collins and this place is worth a try!

Service was great. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was awesome. And the restrooms are clean. We ate, had a drink, and watched the game. The whole staff was welcoming, and friendly. They all walked around and talked to like they knew you. We'll definitely be returning.
I had the meatball sub and it was so flavorful! The meatballs are huge and seasoned perfectly it pairs well with the marinara sauce. The only thing is I wish it had stated on the menu it came with fries because we ordered the truffle fries (yum!) for our appetizer so it was a bit much.
We picked this restaurant by chance and glad we did. Perfect dog friendly setting outside for a nice meal and a drink. My flatbread was so tasty, really fresh ingredients. Our server was excellent, quick to refill our beers even with multiple customers. Highly recommend this place.
