The team members were very friendly and professional. The food was served hot and fresh and they made sure it was dressed the way I wanted. The lobby could use some TLC and the windows were covered in kid smudges all over, but it was late afternoon, early evening. But, it was still as good experience. Went on a Tuesday early evening.
Did not get my order completed
Asked for extra mustard and pickles. I start eating my burger and I saw a drop of mustard and 2 pickles. Too tired to gp back in the restaurant, it's annoying after I went for salt since the fries received were salt less. If I ask for something I should be able to have my order right. 😒 It don't make sense Imean what are they doing saving the mustard.
One of the family favorites. Not fast food as they make it to order. Better burger, great fish options, and the cheese curds and salty like one of their competitors. Frozen custard treats, what's not to live about Culver's???
Foods good, custard/ice cream is great but we come back every weekend for the service! Eric's a great manager, the girl who works at drive-through, Zen, is always cheerful & the boy at the register inside, River, is always smiling & welcoming when we come in :)
I have never had a bad experience. The food is really good and fresh, it's the only place I'll get a hamburger. It is generally pretty clean, and the service is always excellent.
Whoever owns this Culver’s (off of 120th and Miami) needs to give the team working the closing shift on 5/22/23 some serious cash or other serious incentives-I was there 15-20 minutes before closing-I am sure this lovely team wanted to go home, but they were so gracious and kind, made sure I received my food hot and fresh. Thank you.
There food is always amazing. This time I didnt like the pumpkin pie shake but it was the flavor it wasnt as pumpkin as I would have liked it tasted more like the crust.
We love coming to this location and can see why it is always busy! The staff is amazing and very customer service oriented. We were there a little under a month ago and was shocked to see the whole inside remodeled!
food was yummy as heck to me so savory but the lil lady taking my order was a lil sassy :) looked at me like a cockroach!(but i won’t die THAT easy) will be back!
The food was good but the drive thru took 15 minutes. Worth the wait.
