Absolutely fantastic experience. If you are looking for excellent food and waitstaff that are amazing, this is the place. Everyone was so wonderful, all the way down to shimming the table so it didn’t wiggle. Food was absolutely to die for. Steaks so tender you can cut with a spoon. Sides were delicious and plentiful. Lobster cargot was excellent, French onion soup was simply perfect. Off menu desserts were well plated and melt in your mouth. Worth every penny.

It's rare that I get to experience a place that gets 5 stars in every category. Everything was perfect. The place is smaller than I thought it would be but is active yet cozy at the same time. The lights were dimmed just right and the service was impeccable.
Our glasses were never below half full. The dirty dishes were taken away after each course. Our server, who was very friendly and professional ( I wish I could remember his name) , even took the time to scrap away any food that may have fallen on the table as we made our way to the main entre.
We had the lobster cargot as the appetizer and it was so creamy and buttery. The lobster was cooked and seasoned to perfection. My wife had the pan seared sea bass. We both agreed that it was the best non battered fish we had ever tasted. The texture was so soft and fluffy. The fish melted in our mouths. Unbelievable.
I had the rack of lamb. It was so tasty and cooked just the way I ordered it. The meat was so juicy and tender. It was the 2nd best lamb I've ever had and that ain't bad. Our sides were potatoes and chives, Mac n cheese and spinach ricotta. Everything was delicious. For dessert we had the carrot cake and the featured cheesecake of the night. The carrot cake was thick , just sweet enough and the icing was amazing. The cheesecake was good but I've had better. Overall everything was a delight. 5 stars all around.
Food is lovely. Atmosphere is very nice, especially for a romantic evening out. Me and my wife came for my birthday dinner and had a great time. However, this isn't a restaurant I will come back too often just because of the price. For me and my wife it cost us $240 for 2 entree, 2 appetizers and a shared dessert. That being said all the food was phenomenal and servings were very large to the point of us needing to take about half of it home with us. I will also say that it also has the best steak I've had so far in Omaha, blowing places like Brother Sebastian's out of the water. It's just that the price is so high that I'm not certain its worth the cost. Save this place for special occasions or to impress clients.

I visited Omaha this week and I was really looking forward to having some of those famous Nebraska steaks! Was not disappointed, steak was cooked on point. Nice place good food and a bit pricey but totally worth it.
This was a great dinner. I highly recommend the lobster cargo. Amazing blend of buttery flavors, so decadent 😋 Our server/bartender made excellent suggestions and cocktails. The mac n cheese was heavenly. I prefer grass fed/finished steaks to corn fed but the steaks were good, if perhaps a little tougher than you would expect from a steakhouse. The fried shrimp were butterflied and quite large. Delicious. Overall great food, service and ambiance.
We made reservations for an anniversary dinner at the end of a long driving vacation. The dinner was fantastic and the service was equally stellar. The restaurant was nearly full, yet the wait staff made us feel like we were the only patrons. Their attention to the customer, in itself, was a very appreciated detail. The price was slightly less than Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse but the quality of meal was on par or better. I highly recommend you experience a meal at Mahogany.
My favorite steakhouse in Omaha. I get the dry aged ribeye every time. They mail every time. Salt, pepper, Land-O-Lakes butter. What more does one need?
Went out tonight to celebrate a birthday and anniversary and my goodness, we we’re not disappointed. Service was amazing, food was beyond incredible, and it was an overall wonderful experience. Our waiters were friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to talk up any item on the menu. They recommended the Lobster Cargot and it was absolutely to die for. Our cocktails were perfectly crafted and paired well with our food. The 6oz fillet I ordered literally melted in my mouth! Hands down the best steak I’ve ever been served. The general manager even stopped by our table to check on us and gave us a cute box of chocolates to celebrate our occasion. Will absolutely be here again and have already recommended to friends!!

Sat at the bar. Staff was great, all of them, great team work (2 at the bar) & attention. Food was exactly what I was looking for, juicy steak & delicious sides. Their orange creamsicle was a dream!
Seriously the best steak I've ever eaten hands down. Stellar service, attentive and gracious. The creme brulée cheesecake is absolutely the best dessert and I MUST have more!
