First time trying an El Salvadoran breakfast and it was good.😋 The menu had photos and the prices were reasonable. This place is somewhat close to the airport on the south side of the city. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. Their tortillas were delicious but, a little too thick (I’m Mexican and ours are thinner). My companion is E.S. and she said that that’s the way they are, VERY good though.👍
I love everything about this place. Food was excellent, service was great. Great place for a great tasting, inexpensive lunch! They are closed on Mondays. The papusas are great! If you're not a fan of a bit of a greasy food, be aware. I don't mind personally. I loved this place. But something to keep in mind.
Had lunch here today and just had the papusas. The food was excellent. Hand made, authentic, hot, and you can tell they were made by a mom who makes the exact same food at home.
The staff was friendly, and efficient. They took pride in the compliments I gave them for such a great lunch. I hope more folks appreciate how good their food is.
The slaw topping is fresh, zesty and vinegary, The mild sauce is flavorful and mild and the hot sauce was hot and totally different from the mild, but both elevated the papusas flavor.
We'll be back, for sure.

Excellent food, excellent service. Authentic food located in central metro in an old restaurant building.
Food was fresh, prepared hot and fresh. It wasnt fast on a Friday for lunch but papupas take time and the waitress cooked them in between service.
Cost was cheap. Will be back for sure and I wish there was a location on the North side!
The restaraunt was a small place, clean, and I enjoyed eating there with the locals.
This place is awesome. A hidden gem. Food was excellent. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend. The pupusas are fantastic
My Salvadoran Bride approved.
The curtido is thinly shredded, and the salsa is good (not hot, it's just for additional flavor). The yuca feita was very good, and their pupusas were great! Not greasy. We had the cheese with loroco and beans & cheese pupusas. The horchata was legit! Just a note for those that drink Mexican horchata; it is not the same. The Salvadoran horchata is a bit thicker, milkier, has a hint of coffee taste to it. Technically, it's Horchata de Morro. Super delicious! Definitely coming back again!!!

I ate two pupusas. Couldn't finish the third. 4 stars not on the food but mainly because we did wait a while. The food came out fresh and hot. Well worth the wait. I will come again my wife and kids loved the food. I will say it was packed and only 3 workers.
It was good, had several good food choices. The wait staff was good. It seemed clean, the food was good. The plantains were a little oily, but they had a good flavor. We liked it.
So glad I found this restaurant, the pupusas are so delicious and their prices are very reasonable. The ladies who work there are super nice and friendly and if any issues they work hard to get it resolved. I definitely recommend trying this place.
Super delicious pupusas and the tamale with crema the best sweet and soft.
