Fresh food/drinks, clean shop and super sweet helpful Barista!
Love the atmosphere, and the service is always great!
First thing I noticed was the atmosphere, it was relaxing and modern. They were definitely up to date. Second, With both treats and drinks, they had a lot of options on the menu. Then after ordering, we played a board game to pass the time. We got Thai milk tea boba and a blueberry muffin. Both were great. I definitely recommend.
I have only been here once, but I had a horchata, that was delicious! They have a huge assortment of drinks, and snacks, that are very reasonably priced! The atmosphere was really chill, the booths were not very comfortable, but like I mentioned, the vibe is great! I'll definitely be back!
So cute! Staff are super helpful and friendly. (I wanted to try dragonfruit milk tea but they were sold out, so they immediately recommended a flavor that they felt would be similar.) Excellent product selection, and the milk teas are medium-sweet which means I could taste the flavor and not just sugar. Beverage is large, but not so large that you wind up with leftover product.
The store is clean, and I could see the staff making my beverage. Will definitely go back!

It's been a year since visiting this boba shop and they've improved tremendously both in terms of friendly service and quality of their drinks. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and polite. They made sure to repeat our order back to us to make sure it was what ordered which I really appreciate.
You can see by the updated photos the drinks are filled and they taste good/ they were made correctly which is very much appreciated.
I'm glad that the service has improved and that we gave this boba shop another shot. I'm very happy with the friendly service and quality drinks.

The boba shop was empty and there were no other orders being made. The workers are forgetful when it comes to remembering orders and then make drinks incorrectly. The drinks are more than five dollars each for them to undercut you while giving you 1/4th of a cup of foam. When you ask for boba on your milk tea they forget to add it but still charge you. It's honestly just a little frustrating because we were the only customers there and yet the drinks were still incorrect and the drinks we did get were under filled despite being full price.
I've been to more than a dozen boba shops in my life and each had quality food and drinks. Unfortunately Sip Boba and Desserts falls short in both service and food quality. This place has premades food and has it sitting out on the counter, not warmed or refrigerated, with moisture building up on the inside of the containers, so it has clearly been sitting for a while and can't be safe for customers.
Its really unfortunate that this place invests more in their aesthetics than the quality of their food and drinks. Truthfully, I'm highly dissatisfied with the service and quality of food and don't plan on spending anymore money here or visiting again.

So I've been here 2 times now and I have a pretty good opinion of Sip Boba. I like a standard black milk tea with boba, but some places make it way too sweet. Not here. Sip Boba makes the drink taste perfect, it's still a bit sweet, but a mellow sweet. It isn't too overpowering which just means you can have a dessert item too. When I went this last time I got a sweet crape with condensed milk and caramel. They make the crapes fresh so my sauce melted slightly but that's to be expected as the crape is hot. The presentation was so cute and well put together on a little tray. They also do to go desserts. The taste was amazing and sweet, but not overpowering like I feared. As a side note the whipped cream was really good too. The only complaint I have is that this last time I got the boba it was all in massive clumps in the cup that would clog up the straw. My first visit had perfect boba however, so it may just have been that batch. Either way, the flavors are spot on, the staff are super friendly, they have a punch card, the shop is cute, and they have games out for people to play. I would definitely recommend.
Every single time we’ve come in here the service has been nothing but stellar, our drinks are made super quick and they always taste amazing!! 10/10 ☺️
Cute little place to grab a drink. You can also sit and enjoy inside the cafe. Staff was polite and offered other drinks according to your taste! You can see them make it as well which is great!
Very cute shop! My daughter got a strawberry milkshake and I enjoyed a chai milk tea with crystal boba. We also shared a Nutella strawberry bubble waffle. Will definitely be returning!🧋
Everything was wonderful! The black pearl boba was done perfectly, the popping pearls were good and not too perfumey. I will say expect a strong tea flavor! I like tea so this was not a bad thing in my opinion but as far as your average boba goes this is less on the sweet side and more on the strong tea with mild sweetness side. The atmosphere is really nice, I’m excited to come back and try some of their food items
