This was seriously the best sandwich shop I've ever ate at, first trip in made a customer for life.
I love firehouse subs but this one in particular is very good. It's clean, the food is amazing, and the staff is fast and friendly.
It's probably one of the best in the chain. Their signature greeting is positively infectious as you feel like Norm from cheers. I was met with smiles and an amazing attitude! Linda, you are awesome. The food was great, and they even brought it to the table. I love this place.
My wife and I stopped in to split a foot long. We were just looking for something simple but different. The crew working were very warm and happy to help, the sandwich was a good size, fresh, and savory. It was nice to find a sandwich place that had an original flavor profile, great service, and a fun atmosphere that invited you to sit and enjoy your lunch, they really lean into that fire house motif. I will look for more Firehouse Subs in the future.
It was my first time eating here. It was good. It's a little different but not a bad different. Would like to try other sandwiches

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, and great food. I have tried most of the menu and didn't dislike any of it. I think that is very impressive. Even if you get unlucky and have a bad sandwich, they are quick to more than make up for it.
Welcomed by the whole staff. Food was delecious. Cashier was hot too which doesnt hurt lol. But yeah, good food, good service, clean atmosphere
I had the number 4 and Mac and cheese and it was all incredibly tasty and the sandwhich was juicy and everything overall was delish! I will definitely return to get take out from here again :) ( Sorry I took the photo after I already ate half the sandwhich and some of the mac , it was sooooo good ! )
I love Firehouse Subs. Especially the Hook & Ladder with extra meat. This is what subs should be! Big, dripping with fixings! Staff is usually pretty good, I’ve come across one or two people who obviously don’t like earning money. But all-in-all, I’m “hooked!”
Great service and they actually had the sauce bottled and ready for sale. Moore firehouse NEVER has the sauce bottles.
Firehouse, donate support. If you want an awesome sub in minutes, made to order hot and fresh crispy and delicious then go to Firehouse. Firehouse has a unique taste and flavor that I haven't found any poser sub places match. It is absolutely the best when you need a quick bite or a full dinner, under 60 bucks for a family of 5 in today's market. Nice sub can be upwards to 11 dollars if you get larger size and chips and a drink. It's quick and just what you need. Donates to local fire stations so I'm sold.
