Easily my favorite gyro place in the city. The Philly gyro is amazing! Peppers and onions are cooked perfect and the sauce really just tops everything off. If you like gyros this is your place.
Basic Greek fast food. I like a good gyro sometimes, and this is a good place to go to satisfy that craving. They are not trying to do anything fancy. If you want a more sophisticated menu with more options, go to Basil Mediterranean Cafe. However, you can get a good gyro for a good price. The fries are not anything to write home about. Mine were hot and had good potato flavor. However, they were also on the mushy side; I prefer my fries to have some crunch. The salad that came with my gyro platter was okay. The onion, olives, and pepperoncini added good flavors and made up for the fact that the dressing was uninteresting.
The food is delicious, and the staff and owners are very friendly. We've gone back a lot, and haven't been disappointed!
Always Great. We eat there a lot for lunch. The food is always amazing is always fresh and taste great. The staff is always friendly and helpful....you should really give it a try
I've eaten here many times, and I think they're gradually improving. ***They switched to Coca-cola!!! The gyro's are good, the French fries need improvement. They're open Mon-Fri 1030-2000 and on Sat from 1100-2000
Always good Gyros. Been eating at this restaurant since junior high school and never once had to complain about the food or service here. What more can i say its great!
Good for Gyros, but there's no kibbi or anything. It's more for if you want a yummy gyro and some good baklava, but they don't have a lot of traditional items. What they DO serve is yummy.

Over 25 yrs. & still continue to eat here!. Love, love, love Akropolis. As in the title, we have been eating here for over 25yrs. There is not another place that I will go for Gyros. Usually get the gyro supreme basket or gyro salad. You should not leave hungry because they fill those babies up with meat. Fries and okra are delicious. I love those greasy floppy fries! Love the cucumber sauce they use on their gyros as well. Everything has always been hot & tasty. Great place!
I've been going to this place for years but it has been a minute since I went. Feed 2 people for under $30. Their fries tasted the best in Oklahoma, and the Gyros tasted better than I remembered.
This place is amazing! Their menu has traditional Greek food plus really creative & delicious variations. The traditional gyro was on point. The Roughneck Fries were loaded with gyro meat, bacon, cheese & fried eggs, served with jalapeno aioli. The picture does not do it justice. Friendly staff & great food!
Large gyros for the price and they don't skimp on the toppings! The meat is shaved off from a vertical rotisserie, the way gyros are meant to be. It's a hole in the wall kinda place, but the food is yummy so that's all that matters! (It's clean and tidy in case "hole in the wall" implies otherwise).
Can't get enough of this place! Love the food! Love the vibe! Love the guys working, they are always so great! Food is on point every single time!!
I grew up around Midwest City and would go here for lunch back when it was on Douglas. It was amazing then and it is still out of this world! I live in Colorado now, but I always come here for a gyro whenever I come back to Oklahoma. So effing good!!

I went to lunch here with a friend of mine who said it was good. The gyro and crispy fries were great. We got there around 2pm so they weren't busy. It is not very big and is not fancy, but the was the best.
Absolutely Best Gyro in MWC, IMHO.
Highly recommend this place to anyone on this side of town. Will not be disappointed!
This is a great little restaurant. Don't let the appearance outside fool you. Counter serve traditional Greek food with some flair. Everything was so good, staff was great, and it was well worth the cost!

I found this place on Google maps. The food is amazing ! I got lunch for myself and my grandma. The service was fast and they were very friendly. The young man that took my order was very helpful! I will be eating here again!
