I ordered online and did a pick up order. The restaurant was very busy. Seating was adequate but it was the lunch rush so they could have had an employee on lobby clean up duty.
I left a bad review awhile back but they really have stepped their game up! Everyone in there works hard and the customer service is A1! This is probably the best Jimmy John’s in the City hands down! Much respect to yall!
Good food and service. They were busy and kept things moving.
Music was a bit loud based on where I sat but that is very minor and I will be going back!
This Jimmy John's rocks. They always have my order ready to pick up. The food always tastes fresh. My only issue is as with all the Jimmy John's is their limited delivery area. I always seem to be 1/4 mile out of their delivery area; So I am always picking up. I do recommend ordering online as they seem to be feeding all the hospitals and 1/2 of downtown. If you go in to order it does take a minute as they are supper busy AT LUNCH. It is the one place that if you have a LATE LUNCH, your still going to get fresh food. Only without the wait. 😁
Had to share this sign inside we thought was funny. Friendly service, fresh food, freaky fast, very clean. Would have given 5 stars if they had a drive thru which they don't so we ate inside. Handicap accessible and parking. I favor Jimmy John's over their competitors because of the freshness. Wish they'd bring back the sprouts though 😔. I really enjoyed those on my unwhich. 🤤👍❤ Even still I like them the best because of the fresh veggies!!
Had my first Jimmy John’s experience today for a quick post work lunch. It was pretty good. The positives were definitely the freshly sliced meats and the tomatoes were fantastic. The bread was a bit chewy for me but passable. Nothing like a real sub/hero in these parts of the country so this will do for now.
The restaurant is nice and clean. Good place for some fast lunch. Only thing keeping it from a 5 star is the staff did not acknowledge me when I walked in and when I was ready to order. There was no one in line and it wasn’t that busy.

Standard Jimmy Johns. Love their sandwiches! The Beach Club is my go to. At this location, we witnessed the staff deal with a very challenging customer. They showed an amazing level of composure and grace. They deescalated the situation. Restaurant was clean, including bathrooms. Only disappointment was that the bathrooms had zero signs!!! Highly recommend this location. 🙂
