The workers in the grocery store section are very nice and helpful. They are always quick to run over and check my groceries out. I have never once had to stand there and wait for assistance, they have a good team working there. The woman that usually helps me is a joy to be around. She is always in a good mood and very funny and helpful. I also occasionally see her working behind the counter of the food portion, she is a hard worker.
It's always a good experience ordering here. Maybe it's because I love Braums so much but I have yet to have a bad Braums experience. The food and ice cream are simply fresh and delicious. The prices are great and the services isn't bad, sometimes there's a small wait when I order a lot but it's expected.
Had an issue with my breakfast meal got the no.1 with bacon and got to work only to have my biscuit with bacon only. I got busy and forgotten to call but took a picture of the biscuit. Went up there two days later and let them know. I was willing to settle for just a replacement biscuit and I would buy my drink. But the lady working that morning took care of me and replaced the whole meal. Awesome service
love this place because the food is always great... the staff are always so nice to you and understand you if they got your order wrong, overall 8.5/10
This is a good location, staff is friendly, food comes out quickly and correctly. Also, this location has parking suitable for full size coach busses.
Quick shopping trips are my favorite and you can get almost anything you need at Braums. I always stop here if I've forgotten something on my grocery list which I almost always do
That seasonal hot chocolate ice cream is always the go to whenever I’m in Oklahoma… tastes exactly like that cocoa. So cheap, definitely worth it.
Lovely place I had a yummy meal delicious.... there was some unsightly scenery though... lol
I had a double hamburger with a cup of strawberry milk shake. It was the best I have had in recent times. Another attraction is having a farm market in same building. Clean conveniences and warm staff

To be honest, not being from the area, I'd never heard of Braum's before. We were attending an event in the area and decided to walk over there to try it. Certainly a unique place. The food was fairly good. Service was good and overall it was just a good place for lunch. When I mentioned it to others they remembered it fondly for the ice cream. We had shakes and they were good as well.
