Arguably the best Mexican restaurant in OKC. Ordered the fajitas for two, which was plenty. Chicken and beef both tasted great. Chips and salsa were also perfect. Service was very friendly too.

First off. The decor was giving latin vibes all the way. The food was amazing, so hot damn good! On top of that it was fast like 10mins after we ordered. Sebastian was our waiter kool kid made us feel comfortable "1st timers" Now them drinks 🍾🥃🍸🍹🍷 are on point. When you get one you'll 👀 what I mean. The food was incredible and created a definite taste sensation in your mouth. Really good value for money. The Frozen Mojito's were simply to die for. And the Pollo Mango Mojo was out of this world.

My family took me here for Father’s Day this afternoon and all I can say is this is an undiscovered gem. They serve Latin cuisine but you can get more basic Mexican type fare as well. We will definitely be coming back in the future. A nice dining experience, not too loud, temp is comfortable and you don’t feel rushed to clear the table. Sara, our server, was delightful and we had a great conversation with her before leaving. Recommend you give 1492 a try on your next outing, it won’t disappoint and you may just find a new favorite dining place.
