Ordered the pastrami and chicken tortilla soup but they gave me the wrong soup (Tuscan vegetable) it was still good. Good customer service. Didn't have to wait too long during the lunch service. Great food

I had the most amazing experience ever (from a restaurant). Today there was a glitch in my on line order. It was lunch time and busy, but my concerns were more than addressed. I've never actually been to Specialty's, but the admins at my office order from here all the time for office lunches, and hands down they have the best chocolate chip cookies and other cookie treats I've ever had. The sandwiches and salads are also delicious, but those cookies are INCREDIBLE.

Nice selection of salads and sandwiches that you can easily customize. Mobile ordering is convenient also, and the restaurant has lots of tables available for seating.

It's nothing special. Because it is a franchise, there's the calorie amounts posted which I always appreciate. There are self-help kiosks if you're into that. A lot of seating. I sense it''s a spot to hit up during your lunch break.
