On the advice of a couple friends, I made the trip to Fasty's today. Had Ribs, sausage, and pulled pork. Ribs were the best I've ever had. Better then the ribs I had at John Mull's Road Kill Cafe in Vegas, and, I admit, better then mine. They need no sauce, perfect bite, excellent smoky flavor, but not to excess. Sausage was top notch, peppery, but not overly so. Pulled pork was very tender, I didn't get any of the bark, so I couldn't really get the taste of the rub, but adding the sauce woke it up and it was very good. I had the cole slaw, delicious, light flavorful dressing, used some with the sauced pulled pork on their roll for a little sandwich. That slaw and pork belong together!
Next trip through that Cowboy Capital of the world, and I'll be back!
The sausage was great. It had a lot of flavor without all of the spice. The tritip and pulled pork were very tender with a slight smoky flavor. I shared a three-meat sandwich with my adult son and was full afterwards. It was so big that we had to use a fork and knife! The prices are very affordable with the largest and most expensive sandwich being just over $10 and the least expensive being around $7. They had a great lunch special for $7 or $8 that included a pulled pork sandwich, side, and drink.
The BEST ever!! It is really hard finding great Que' in the Bay Area. It just doesn't exist. I drive to Oakdale to get my down home fix. Rob is always in the same sweet spirit no matter how exhausted he may be. I wish him nothing but the best. He knows I Love him 💖

Great Texas style barbecue, brisket, sausage, tri-tip options on the menu. Nice place to stop on the way to the mountains or back from the mountains. Warning: this place gets very busy on the weekends. For people who are feeling like a lighter bite, the turkey sandwich is bomb. Pickled red onions on a fluffy roll, nothing fancy just pure good food, good people. I recommend this place to BBQ lovers!
Great service and great portions thick slices of delicious tender brisket and tri tip very nice people too I found my new favorite bbq place I will definitely be back again very happy to get there me and my family were the last customers of the day I feel very lucky I got to try this yummy bbq
I talked with the owner while his sons prepared our meal. They are a nice family, and have slow cooking skills. Everything was perfect and delicious.
First time going, now hubby is obsessed with this place!! I'm gonna be honest wasn't sure what to expect.
Well cover eating area, lots of room to park and most importantly GREAT MENU!! Meat was seasoned and cooked to prefection!!!
You want something good to eat for lunch, heck even dinner.. You need to try this BBQ truck!!! This place is so good Guy Fieri should give a visit 🤔 😉
They had sold out of everything except pulled pork by 4pm. Pulled pork plate was tasty and generous portion. Beans were too heavy on onions.
Delicious!!!!! I will be taking an hour drive just to get their tri-tip sandwiches again.
