This was a great experience as always. Their delivery window was accurate and actually they delivered a bit sooner than expected, especially considering we were ordering on Valentine’s Day! Our order was accurate and the pizza was hot and delicious! Just a fuss-free, pleasant experience.
Pizza here is very good, but like most Chicago pizza places, a tad expensive. They do however provide periodic coupons if you are registered with their site which reduce the cost, and I used a coupon for this order. If you have pizza delivered, figure on an additional delivery charge of four dollars plus a tip for the delivery person. But delivery was quicker than promised and polite. Overall a very good place to get a pizza.
The mozzarella sticks and salad were tasty. However, I ranked 4 stars because they were out of French dressing, which was fine (it happens). I found out upon checking my order with Ranch as the dressing. The staff member failed to share this update so I had to ask what happened. Following the order notes is essential to better customer service.
The pizza was great I don't always get my pizza from this location but just a little feedback for what it's worth.
I understand that your employees are young-adults but Customer Service training could help by putting down the cellphone & providing a little bit of customer force when attending to the customer.

Rosati’s is fantastic. Glad to have them here in Oak Park now too. Grew up with them in Barrington. In my opinion, they have actually gotten a little bit better over the years. Great thin crust pizza and great wings too!
I've driven by Rosati's numerous times. I took a chance since I've moved a lil closer and glad I did. My pizza was good. The thin crust was actually thin. I'd normally have 2 request extra thin at other establishments. It's a safe bet that I'll revisit this place on pizza nights.
This was the out first time eating at Rosati's, the service was good, quick preparation time and great taste. We really liked the double dough, really good. We will definitely be ordering from there again.
