Just want to say THANK YOU to the wonderful people that were working the drive thru Burger King On Henry Street this morning 8/10/16. I was having a Monday on Wednesday kind of morning so decided to treat myself to a treat. The 2 people working the window were so kind and nice and friendly just turned my whole morning around. Thank you and hope someone does something nice for them too.
I only go for frozen cokes ($1) and in the summertime I often will get an ice cream cone. Grand Haven makes decent cones. Often they are quite small but they are only 69 cents. The BK by Lakes Mall has best frozen cokes - not soupy and makes best cones
A little slow on service but, worth the wait this visit. Ate at the Henry St location & let me tell you My Dbl Cheeseburger was Rockin ... fresh off the broiler.... my cheese was actually melting ... Fries hot out of the Fryer & the Coca Cola freestyle pop machine was a bonus as they had the Orange Hi C like McDonalds does as I can't handle carbonated drinks too much bubbly for my tummy. The only thing lacking was Salt on the fries which was corrected with a salt packet. TY for a great experience as my last visit to BK on Terrace St was stressful with food that was mid to cold & we won't talk about the manager & his lack of leadership/customer service skills.
Burger King is pretty darn good i didn't wait too long and their inter was pretty much ok
Gave 4 star on Atmosphere because no ketchup dispenser had to ask front count for ketchup packets in lobby.
The staff here seem to care about giving good service if you walk in to order. BK has fallen behind other chains though in terms of quality. They need to stop throwing an extra sauce, or change the shape of the bun on the same old chicken sandwich or whopper and calling it a new menu item.
Great place to eat. Love the whopper and the spicy chicken wrap with frys
Tried the new Impossible Whopper today. It takes a bit of time to prepare, but it was well put together. Their Impossible Whopper is much better than White Castle's Impossible Slider.
I had to share this. 10pm on a muggy Saturday night. The drive through was slammed, and they were obviously short staffed. Several employees working their butt off to get everyone’s orders promptly. Teamwork coupled with multitasking. Each one of them polite and providing excellent service. Thank you. Keep up the good work.
