I like the updated decor inside. It's much more inviting.
This restaurant is clean and fresh. The restrooms are kept clean as well.
However, I don't like the crazy price increases. Holy cow!
The 2 piece meal that used to be the $5 fill up now costs almost $10 without the cookie and only 1 side instead of two.
Also, is KFC substituting Cornish game hen for actual chicken? The pieces are laughably small. The drumstick was about the size of my pointer finger.
I swear the sides are smaller too. It used to be that the box was full. Now everything is rattling around loose in there.
I'd say KFC has crossed the borderline where there isn't enough food value for the money spent. I can't afford to spend $10 and still walk away hungry.
Haven't had KFC in a few years. I prefer Popeye's. But there's no location of them here. Our chicken was very hot and fresh. Drive thru lady was very kind and fast. It was a great service. I wouldn't mind having it again.
Fast friendly service. Great food, the gravy to mashed potatoes was on point. We got it to go, and it was still warm when in made it to the river.
This KFC has some extremely kind people when ordering at the drive through. My daughter and I really like this KFC we are happy this is reasonably close by. Although we drive from Reedsport just to go here, lol. It is worth stopping in!!
We don't have a KFC in florence so I decided to give this one a shot. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The older lady that helped me was super friendly, fast and picked me out a great selection of chicken. Quick service, very clean inside and out. Bathrooms are well maintained and the lobby was clean and stocked! I'll be back for sure.

They were simply amazing. Online order I walked in gave him my name they worked together as a good team good team they jumped on the order and got it done like there was no tomorrow great speed of service food was hot fresh tasty the the insides were clean it's where clean so was the restrooms othe restrooms are the customers inside that we're eating had smiles on their face enjoying their meals so obviously I'm not the only one enjoying a great overall experience today And it's nothing like going out to grab something to eat and getting such a great experience at the same time it just makes it all worth more the wild
I was funning around with the cashier and made everyone in the place laugh so the guy gave me a free medium drink for making everybody smile
well delightful food the server was more than happy to wear more rhen one hat for the company. i think she was excellent at her post, and more co-worker coverage would being even more reviews. personally i had to take a average for the vehicle, on their feedback of our visit too, due to our being there for a birthday celebration... thank you sooo much for being open during this time of this public distancing. .
The food was amazing the staff friendly and the cooks funny to joke with. Love this place.
