This food was flipping amazing. It is now a staple when I visit California. The parking wasn't atrocious. The gentlemen at the front was so friendly. The food was the best burger I've ever had. I got a turkey burger, my boyfriend a chicken one. It was so good.

The GM served us, he was very kind. The lettuce wrap burger was phenomenal. They also partner with SweetStreet to bring the most delicious cookies to their front counter for purchase.
Great place! The burger customizability and use of a kiosk for ordering give it a unique touch, but the flavors and quality of the burger itself is what gives it the 5 star rating it deserves.

My husband and I were so impressed! We strictly eat grass fed beef when it comes to our cows, so to find a restaurant with the same values was so amazing. Loved the whole "be the boss of your burger" concept with lots of healthy topping options. The patty was delicious: moist, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The customer service was uncanny, seriously some of the best that I have ever experienced and really took our whole trip to Burger Boss over the top. We were greeted by a very friendly and upbeat employee who was willing to explain the process to us and gave us some time to look the menu over. The woman who took our order gave suggestions to make sure we got a really great personalized burger, while ringing us up in an efficient manner that did not feel rushed. The man who brought us our order really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and to top it all off thanked us using my husband's name as we headed to the door. It is things like that, that truly make a good experience a great one. Happy to return and reccomend to friends!
The staff here was very helpful! It was my first time here ordering and I forgot my glasses, therefore I had a hard time reading the menu. The young man at the counter was very kind and patient with me, and answered all of my questions. I ordered the vegan black bean burger with all my favorite toppings and it was delicious!!
Good place to eat. The staff was very friendly and handled our large order with confidence. Our food was perfect, with no missing items or mistakes. Overall quality of the burgers was good, but not amazing. I would eat here again.
