I had mini gujarati thali today. Food was delicious. Roties were reallly soft. I would highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work.
Welcome to the Bay Area Jay Bharat. Mexican and Italian Samosas are excellent. Kathiawadi Thali is great with real Bajari Rotala.
The food is wonderful. It is a bit on the sweeter side but that is typical of Gujarati cuisine I believe. I love the people who work here as well. They are super sweet. Everything is vegetarian and things can be made vegan.
Been here twice.Vegetarian Gujarati food.Food is definitely good. Many dishes have sweetish tinge. Neat ambience. Pay first and eat concept. Limited quantities. Only issue is pricing and hospitality. All dishes are fairly overpriced compared to other Bay Area restaurants. They even charge $1.5 for extra sambar. Price would be the only reason I would think twice to go here.
A nice Gujarati restaurant with homely meals. The food is good and fresh. It's served fast too. Price is reasonable.
Visited here couple of time for good line-up of vegetarian delicacies from Western part of India even though this place is a little bit far from where I live. Used to be an admirer of their Poori and Thali.
As many have mentioned, this place focuses on Gujarati food (a western state in India). We drove quite a distance to come here because of all the good things we had heard and were not disappointed. We tried their Methi Theplas, Khaman, Dosas, and Samosas and everything was very tasty. Most of all, we were impressed with their packaged snacks (African Chevdo to be specific), which we brought home and enjoyed for several days after the visit.
