What a great restaurant and the owners and staff are the best! Had the best New Year's eve there!! If you are in Manhattan, it is a must go!!
Loved Hi-fi. Had brunch there Sunday morning and the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. With brunch you get a basket of mini muffins and cinnamon toast!! Loved it all! Highly recommend.
Lovely place named Hi-life bar and grill is a great place for having food the atmosphere here is amazing and it adds to the taste of food served, service was also good and I would love to visit here again.
The High Life on the Upper West Side in Manhattan offers something rare in New York City: tasty, simple food at an affordable price. The High Life would probably be best described as the perfect place to begin or end a night. The bar area has plenty of experienced bar tenders who can make any drink that you request. The menu is full of many appetizers that are good, without breaking the bank . The hidden gem here is their sushi menu. A large array of choices are featured on the menu (I'd venture to say at least thirty options!). Rolls typically fall within the $4 to $9 range, which is quite affordable. The High Life doesn't want to gouge your wallet; they are more interested in keeping you happy over the long term. A strong recommend comes from me in regards to The High Life.
Visited last night for the first time with friends who are semi-regulars. It was LOUD but the music was fun. The pad Thai was awesome. Cheap cosmos @ $5 were fun and acceptable. Can't wait to go back. Loved it!
Fantastic Food, Great Service, and Reasonably Priced. Went in because of the location and the retro feel of the place and it turned out great. Everything (skirt steak, Hi-Life Burger, calamari) all done perfectly - bartender was great, and the price can't be beat in NYC.

This is a great neighborhood bar with a very extensive menu. The burger and homemade fries were among the best I've had in the city, and I'll be back to try other items as we saw a lot of delicious looking plates coming out of the kitchen. Love it!!!!. The is my favorite place in my neighborhood. Best food, best deals. The servers remember your name. I am here with my girlfriend every Thursday night. The DJ starts at 9 on the weekends and I never skip the Mon/Tu sushi special. Highly recommended!!!

The burger was just as I ordered. The service was attentive and on point.
I have been there in the past with a friends hockey team for post game Sushi and it was (really) screamingly fresh.
