So so sweet and ice cream shop. The ice cream flavors are uniques and interesting for sure. And they allow you to try different flavors. The ambience is not fantastic but functional. Overall, okay.
I hit up this spot as part of an ice cream crawl. Dang, that was a lot of ice cream that day. So glad I'm not lactose intolerant! Really nice ice cream shop that reminds me of something out of the 60's. They make all their own ice cream and sorbets, and have come up with some delectable flavors.
I had a cup cookies and cream and it was loaded with Oreo bits swirled throughout. Just awesome as I love Oreo's. I tried some of the other's choices and even the sorbets were delicious. Worth every penny.
Flavors range from vanilla and chocolate to some crazy flavors like wasabi, ginger, corn, tiramisu and black sesame. They also offer non-fat and no-sugar-added ice cream, and frozen yogurt options.
A few tables and chairs to sit down at and enjoy your choice of ice cream. There are so many to choose from here it will take a while to taste all of them, but the counter people are nice and will give you many samples!
Coming to Sundae's and Cones was a happy accident in a way. I planning on getting ice cream somewhere else but that place ended up being closed. I was really craving a chocolate and coconut combo but then saw salted caramel and who am I to say no to that. With my the first bite I took of this triple threat I was in heaven! The ice cream was so creamy- it was the perfect texture. I will definitely be back for more!
this was our friend lauren’s favorite ice cream place in manhattan…and now it’s our favorite too! we got a single scoop of the lychee and the thai tea ice cream. best lychee ice cream we have ever had!! the thai tea was so a great, great choice! go us! we enjoyed our ice cream while flipping through old magazines they had lying around. note that this place is pretty spacious. however, there are only a few seats at the window and a few outside. cute part is that there were a lot of people just hanging around and enjoying an ice cream cone. a nice pause from the hectic. lychee ice cream, we will meet again.
Although I wished I had sampled their other flavors, the Thai tea one was good, but was actually much more subtle that I had expected. I was hoping it'd be much stronger, like how it is when you're actually drinking Thai tea, but it was still creamy and delicious nonetheless
It’s a pretty cool place, well staffed with plenty of options.
The ice cream was very creamy. They have a treat selection of ice cream flavors ranging from the normal flavors, like rocky road to many other interesting less traditional flavors, like lychee and honeydew.
Post-burgers at SoHo Park, HB and I decided we wanted something sweet and cold to cool us off. Actually, maybe it was just me. In any case, we walked over to Sundaes & Cones for ice cream. I got lychee on a sugar cone, and she got green tea on a wafer con
Had a scoop of pistachio almond and a scoop of chocolate fudge with chocolate sprinkles, fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. Everything was delicious- especially the pistachio gelato and fudge. The place was clean with quick service. You can taste test the flavors before ordering.
So yummy and creative with the ice cream treats. And not only is the ice cream amazing but also the customer service! The lady who usually takes our order is super sweet and goes beyond for the customer!!! Love this place!
This place is great! Wonderful Hungarian pastry and ice cream. I love supporting small businesses, and this is one to check out! I'm sure it will be crowded during the summer.
Popped in for an ice cream to go (thanks COVID) and loved their selection of flavors which included sesame, lychee, and guava along with many others. We chose orange cream (which tasted exactly like an orange cream push up pop) and chocolate peanut butter. The shop also sells ice cream cakes. They had benches out front so you can enjoy your ice cream on the spot.
Good value for money, the ice cream was delicious and there were some great gluten free options to choose from. What more can you wish for with an ice-cream shop.
Tried this place out for date night for the first time . There’s a lot of ice cream places in the area but this is by far my favorite . I love their cookie dough ice cream and their friendly service . So many flavors to choose from .
