The staff are friendly. The waiting staff don’t rush you through your meal and make sure you have everything you need.
Truly an authentic Italian restaurant with fantastic food. I would definitely recommend coming here.
We went to Little Italy hoping to find authentic Italian food at a reasonable and we hit a home run!! We had 4 different meals and each one was fantastic. The waiter, Anthony, was efficient and friendly, and was able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend Grotta Azzura Ristorante!!!
Went there this past Sunday. 12/5/21…I had filet of sole and hubby had rib eye … very delicious food; amount was plenty…my fish was made with butter and white wine… the steak was super!..Staff was friendly. The only thing (to me only.. it’s a personal preference) they don’t give nothing on the house (you know like chips in a Mexican restaurant?) but didn’t matter cause prices were ver reasonable. A great experience for us… I also had the “smooth criminal” drink 🤭 really good if you like smoky mezcal…as you can see we cleaned the plates🤣🤣
This has to be one of my all time favorite restaurants!!! The limoncello martinis are divine and the food is absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend.
This is a MUST GO restaurant every time you come to NYC. The place is an Italian old fashion style. Carlos is the nicest guy ever, make you feel like home. The food is delicious, you won’t notice the difference between America and Italy, fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.
I was looking for something romantic and with good food on google for valentine's day so me and my man picked here. when we get there the host was not friendly at all....the place was not to romantic.....but the food was absolutely delicious!!!
My boyfriend had the ribeye and i had the spaghetti with clams, mussels ,shrimp and calamari.
His steak was top 3 best steaks i ever had in new york period! It just melted in Your mouth and it was seasoned to perfection. My food was also good and the garlic bread was good too.
Our waiter was extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back...i hope the host is in better spirits this time.
One of my favorite places to visit in Little Italy! Fantastic service and delicious dishes. I’ve been here multiple times and I always have the best meals. Carlos always takes the best care of me and makes sure everything is beyond excellent. Whether you’re a local or from out of town, I highly recommend visiting for brunch, lunch or dinner! I’ve eaten there for all 3 meals and it’s always been *chef’s kiss* delicious!!
I went here for brunch, but their whole menu sounded delicious. I got their Eggs Benedict with salmon and it was so good! Most of my friends got the breakfast pizza which was my close second choice and they all looked amazing. Drinks were good as well and so was the service. I didn’t even realize how long this place had been around until I looked it up. I loved the old-style look of it all. I’ll definitely be going back to try more!
This place never disappoints. Even after the pandemic they are still able to offer such a great lunch deal. The fish option is delicious! Great service, great food, great price.
The pasta was delicious, the ingredients felt fresh ... so far I think the best pasta I've ever had. The service was excellent!
