I loved the waffle I got here! It was a basic waffle, just the plain kind with whipped cream on top, yet it’s different than any other waffle I’ve had. The outside of it tasted candied and sweetened. They offer a variety of flavors and toppings. Prices range from $8 to $15/waffle depending on toppings. It tastes as good as it smells! Give it a shot.
I really liked this place and actually came back before realizing it's a nation-wide chain. The waffles are dense and heavy, not fluffy. Day one I ordered a strawberry and banana, and day 2 I ordered the bacon with banana. The bacon did not fit the waffle like other places I have tried, but it was still pretty good.
Best waffles in the United States! There’s not enough I can say about these waffles 🧇 my daughter and me have been eating them for years! Make sure you add all the dinges.
Waffle & Dinge at Macy's Herald Square came to our rescue after a long, busy 7 hours in the kitchen. The WMD - Wafel Of Massive Deliciousness was exactly what we needed. It not only satisfied our taste buds but also brought smiles to our faces. A sweet break in front of Macy's, making the wait for her friend much more delightful. Waffle & Dinge, you turned our tired day around with your delicious waffle magic!
The wafels are so good. I ordered a churro one, and it was delicious. You can view the menu, order, and pay using the QR code on the sign (what I did) or pay directly. They were super fast too.
Almost didn't give 5 stars cause it's pretty pricey but the crispy-outside chewy inside Belgian waffle topped with really high quality vanilla ice cream really is outstanding. Their cookie-butter (which they erroneously called cookies-n-cream) ice cream also really good, especially on the sugar cones.

Always a great place to stop for a Belgian hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows and Nutella waffles in the winter months and to take in the crowd at Macys and Herald Square.
This spot was conveniently near our hotel. The regular coffee is awesome. I wasn't expecting it to be that good but it is! (LOL). The waffles are also a big plus, they bake it fresh on the spot. There are also outside tables and chairs designated for this spot.
Had a yummy waffle with ice-cream and melted chocolate. Quick service, great seating area to watch the world go by. Ice cream good. Chocolate good quality. Waffle fluffy and a good size. Friendly staff.
