This particular Starbucks is definitely the FRIENDLIEST Starbucks store I’ve been to. The staff are so nice and very entertaining. It is a small store but every time I go in, there is never a line and all of the beverages are made perfectly every time. #letsguide

I love starbucks period! This store that I am at #7263 I'm not very fond of this Starbucks and it's my first time at this location. First off the music is way too loud the cashier could barely hear what I ordered. The staff is not very friendly they look like they dont want to be there, and I get it sometimes you're just not in the mood but it shouldn't be visibly shown in front of customers. There's a lot of open space and not enough seating. I stayed for a little over an hour I didn't see not on staff member wipe down the counter with the sugar and milk and stuff, yet. The line setup is not clear and it looks like they're having some unfinished repairs are being done and yet over an hour I still haven't seen anyone working on it. I don't think I will be visiting again.
This location is on 45th in Times square. The service was great and the baristas are very courteous. I used my birthday redemption from my phone app, for my grande salted caramel mocha. Even though i live in Texas, there was not a problem. And if you ever gone to the Starbucks then you know the lines are always long. Even though there was a line here the wait was fairly easy and not long at all I think I was out in less than 5 minutes. And the coffee tasted great no adjustments needed to be made. Great location.
Good deco and ambiance, first Starbucks ever in Nimes, the “end of the world as we know it” at least the old world for the modern world of expensive coffee for the young people :)
3 weeks ago, I was visiting a friend in long island and on my way back home(Albany), I made a quick stop before heading to port authority. It was such a positive vibe. Good music, wasn't busy and all the baristas seem to be in a good mood..one was singing to himself who had a lovely voice, my cashier greeted me with a big smile and they warmed up my brownie which I love when they ask! I'm not a morning person, but they're energy made my day.
Starbucks is a very clean and organized place. The attendants are very polite, always seeming to be in a good mood, offering a great service. The only problem is: that is not coffee. Sorry, Americans, but this is not coffee. And the prices are really high, just based on a famous brand.

Omg my experience each and every time at this branch is always on point. Melissa is so fantastic, amazing, polite each and every time I am there, not only to me but also other customers. The service she provides speaks volume to the way this franchise functions on a day to day. The entire staff goes above and beyond, which is super. Jodi,Melissa,Hennessy, Joel you are a fantastic bunch of people and my experience with you guys are always exceptional. Thank you, it means the world to me.
One of the most personable Starbucks in NYC, especially considering how many there are. Jay, Emily, Kyle, and Madison - you guys are too awesome. Always remember my name, my drink and always chatting and always got good vibes. I make it an effort to go there every day even if it’s out of my way to get to work.

The employees were quite fussy towards several customers and then closed off the latrine for the 30 minutes we were there. Hope they are rewarded for most rotten attitude of 2021! But the coffee was good!
I don't know how they handle the morning rush so well here! Employees (through the the last 3 years) have always been very polite, helpful, and refreshingly funny. Order ahead on the mobile app if you're not a fan of waiting in line!
