Really loved the loaded sweet potato as a shared appetizer, and the salmon entree- it was undercooked in my opinion but good. Recommend getting a res online because it generally fills up on weekend evenings!
Good weekday lunch spot — the ancient grains bowl and Israeli salad are both delicious!
Absolutely a must for brunch when in NYC. The food is delicious and tastes super fresh. They also have a great outdoor seating area which is a perfect place to sit and relax for a couple of hours on a breezy Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
I went with a friend and we ordered the Veggie burger and the Chilaquiles and both things were absolutely delicious! We cleaned up our plates.
The service was great, the location is awesome and the food is delicious!

Cafe Clover is an amazing restaurant in the West Village. Conveniently located on the corner near the subway. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Cozy and upscale interior. The chef here is very talented and I always leave feeling comfortably full with a smile. Can’t say enough great things about Cafe Clover. Great for a date, brunch with friends, events and parties. The Clover Grocery a few stores down is superb too!
Great location with HUGE patio. The food is fresh, great presentation and service is A+. The curry salmon is a must. Great experience but a bit pricey. We spent $80 for 2 dishes.
Cute bright restaurant. The delicious wheatberry biscuit and green cocktail made me expect the rest of food to be delicious. I was disappointed with dry eggs and really tough waffle tot
I was hesitant on writing a 4 or 5 star review for this restaurant. But the cocktails, appetizer - octupus a la plancha and dessert - fudge brownie, made it happen. They give you a little bowl with butternut squash hummus and all seed flatbread that is a great starter. The 12oz steak is not worth 54$, not that flavorful and the appetizers are ok. The burger is good and would reorder. Meat is tasty, sweet potato bun is a good addition. For cocktails we had the fall sangria and the beet vodka, the later being one of the best vodka drinks I’ve ever had. Fudge brownie is AMAZING, soft and gooey, the mascarpone ice cream is incredible.

Made reservations for brunch on a beautiful Sunday. They couldn’t get me on the patio as those are first come first serve, but got us a table by the window. Great drinks, starters and entrees. I loved my salmon Benedict and everyone seemed happy with their meals. I wasn’t wowed by the lavender waffle but it was nice to try a bite.
So yummy, we were lucky to get a seat right at 11:30am and had a relaxing a lovely brunch at Clover Cafe in the west village. Loved it!
I came here with my parents and a friend. My mother ordered the halibut and loved it. My dad ordered a medium-cooked striploin and I ordered it medium-rare. This was delicious too. However, they placed the medium (which was actually closer to medium well) in front of me and the medium-rare (which was actually closer to medium) in front of my dad. My friend got the beef burger which he liked. Some of the waiters were confused about what the special was. Otherwise the service was great. We had great food and enjoyed the atmosphere.
Its in a nice location so if you're into walking around, you can walk around the neighborhood after your meal. This restaurant has great options for vegans, vegetarians, & meat eaters who enjoy eating fish. The service was great & the wait staff are very attentive. The food was very flavorful & the portions were just right. Their Rosè sangria is a little watered down but their wines are better.
