First time trying a Shake Shack. Very impressed by the quality of food. 5 guys used to be my favorite fast food burger restaurant. After trying Shake Shack it’s now on top.
Shake Shack is the one and only legend. No place is as amazing as Shake Shack for getting amazing burgers. This time tested the new Spicy collection.
This was my first time going to a Shake Shack and I'll definitely be back. I was craving chicken and it was the only thing still open in my way back home. The chicken bites were point hot and had good flavor. It was definitely real meat nuggets and not the processed kind you'd find at other fast food restaurants. Definitely recommend them if you're not in the middle for a burger.
I will have to try those in my next visit and update this review.
The restaurant itself was very modern and felt upscale. It was spacious and clean as well
Being on the top floor of the Fulton train station so it was nice to be able to watch the commuters while you wait for your food.
The staff were friendly and worked with a sense of urgency. The line was long but it moved very fast

First time came to know no vegetarian options even with the shroom burger. All the patties are fried in the same oil as chicken/beef. One of the team members was SO generous to accommodate us with our strictly vegetarian options to avoid cross-contamination. Highly appreciated the generosity.

The food is really very good. The beef in the burger is very good! However, it is a pity that the price-performance ratio is not good. The burgers are very small for their price (about 10 dollars). The side dish and fries had to be ordered separately, unfortunately there are no combo offers.

I went in for some fries and chicken bites but was WOWed by one of the workers there, he truly is a gem with his great big smile and unwavering enthusiasm for the work his does. Jay, this one is for you buddy! You really made an impression on me from your turnout to your disposition. You going places! Fulton SS, he’s a bright one, hope you guys absorb him into the management team.
