We went on sunday with two other people. Rest was crowded but there were enough tables so we sat in five minutes. I have ordered classic eggs benedict,my friends order omlettes and also we have pancakes for three. All the meals were tasty. The minor problem is that dishes are not cheap.

Excellent breakfast in a trend upmarket neighbourhood overlooking Central Park. Portions are generous and these guys are known for their breakfast. Eggs are perfectly cooked, the peach and pork sausage was exceptional. They also do a lovely Canadian bacon and fried eggs. Looking forward to my next visit here

Quaint decor with a nice and quiet atmosphere on a weekday morning- my type of breakfast place. I got the green (?) scrambled eggs, which seemed a bit pricey but were totally worth it. Sooooo creamy! Love the sour cream filling. Usually restaurant made scrambled eggs make me think I can do better at home, but not at Sarabeth's. :)

This restaurant has an open contemporary sizable dining room with a warm atmosphere and friendly service. This restaurant is a great place to meet friends and family for a great home style meal providing you don't mind the prices. The restaurant is walking distance to The American Museum of Natural History, The Beacon Theater, The Children’s Museum of Manhattan, Central Park and Riverside Park. There are plenty of places to go after or before visiting this restaurant.

My experience at Sarabeth's was good but not extraordinary. Our waiter was very sweet but the service wasn't excellent throughout our brunch. She came several times in the beginning to check if we had already decided on our food and then she left us alone for a long long time when we wanted to order desserts. It could've been more consistent. The food was delicious and the menu is very traditional but pricey.  I believe that for the same price you get more authentic experiences in other NYC restaurants although this is definitely a nice spot for brunch.

Everyone wants to have breakfast/brunch at the Sex and the City's spot. Very nice location, quite busy (not to blame). Never have I ever eaten buttermilk pancakes cooked this well and the crab cakes eggs benedict were succulent

Our overall meal was good, but I wish I would have ordered something savory! My wife did and her dish was better! I had a pancake dish with lemon ricotta and wasn't fully impressed... At least my margarita was great! The bacon was pan fried, which is okay but I much prefer oven baked. All said though I couldn't complain because everyone else's dishes were so good!

Quality omeletes and potato waffles on the brunch menu.

You should definitely consider rhe salmon omelette and perhaps a side of some sort. The service and bathroom was pretty nice too.

One of the best breakfast places over tried so far. The food is amazing and there’s no way to describe how good it is. Everything we got tasted perfect and very well made. The only bad thing is: everything is very expensive in Manhattan, I get it. The food was totally worth the price so it was not a problem. But when it comes to the orange juice that’s where I see there’s something wrong. $12 a glass of orange juice that is not even fresh and squeezed at the moment. I’m very picky when it comes to that and I definitely know when an orange juice is fresh squeezed, but paying $12 for a glass where you can see they pouring it in a cup from a gallon is very disappointing. Many places (most of them) serve artificial orange juice. I get it. But they have a different price for that. All my experience in going out for brunch or breakfast where I ordered orange juice, I never paid that much for an artificial one. So this is the only crazy thing I saw and I experienced. I would definitely go back but not ordering the orange juice again. Overall, everything was perfect and tasty.

I'm glad to heaI recently visited Sarabeth's Bakery on Amsterdam Avenue, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. We enjoyed top-tier Bloody Marys with unique garnishes like bacon and shredded pickled carrots. I opted for the Eggs Benedict, which were absolutely delicious, and my companions tried the mouthwatering Lemon and Ricotta Pancakes and Avocado Toast. The staff was fantastic, making our visit even more enjoyable. If you're in NYC and looking for a great brunch spot, Sarabeth's Bakery is a must-visit. Highly recommended!

I haven't explored numerous brunch destinations in New York City, but Sarabeth's, situated on the Upper West Side, marked my inaugural experience. My husband and I opted for a brunch outing, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The buttermilk pancakes and crispy chicken sandwich we selected were a delight. Accompanied by their timeless mimosa and a passionista, our meal was thoroughly enjoyable. If you find yourself uncertain about where to indulge in brunch, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this establishment a try

Sarabeth's brunch: a heavenly start to the weekend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the fluffy French toast that practically melted in my mouth to the perfectly poached eggs and rich Hollandaise on the steak Benedict, Sarabeth's brunch was a symphony of flavors that truly hit the spot. Every bite was pure deliciousness, and the fresh, quality ingredients shone through. But beyond the food, it was the service that truly elevated the experience. Dago took exceptional care of us, with attentiveness and warmth that made us feel like valued guests. We left feeling happy, satisfied, and already planning our next return. If you're looking for a brunch that's as delicious as it is welcoming, Sarabeth's is a must-try!

Came here for brunch with my friend. This brunch overall was just okay for me. The food wasn’t really unforgettable, the service could’ve been better (as in nicer) and the overall atmosphere didn’t really impact me enough into wanting to return. I had the popovers dish, specifically the “wild mushroom scramble” popovers. It was quite a large portion I’ll say, which is a big plus for me. I could taste the boursin cheese, which I liked. The popover itself, I would not order again. I chose it, because I had never had it before, but the popover lacked flavor and crunch for me. Regarding the service, due to my friend being late, we lost my reservation seats, but we were lucky to get seated at the bar. The waiter who initially came to us, was sort of rude to my friend. He asked if we knew what we wanted to drink, to which she kindly answered “not yet, but we know what we would like to order to eat”. She and I are used to waiters always being very welcome to take our food order in such a scenario, but this waiter reacted quite snappy and said “well I asked drinks only”. This was not customer friendly, he could’ve responded in a more friendly manner. Thankfully the waiter who was stationed behind the bar assisted us throughout the remainder of our brunch. He on the other hand was very kind! To me Sarabeth doesn’t really stand out, but that doesn’t mean that it’s not worth a try or that it’s not a good restaurant.

Friends have been telling we should give American bistro Sarabeth's a burl. We finally did and all my mate's chatter seems to live up to the hype. It was an absolute delight. Our friends who joined us and recommended this popular spot say it's always this good. The wife was a a happy little vegemite. The bistro has a lovely decor and ambience, perfect for Sunday brunch. The service was impeccable, starting with the cheerful and pleasant hostess. She was very accommodating despite the packed house and dreary weather. Rainy outside but she made it sunny inside. The lad attending to us was an exceptional young lad named Jason who was an absolute delight. Gregarious and charming chap with a wicked sense of humor which tickled my wife. She can be a bit persnickety about restaurant service. He made all the right recommendations including two different eggs Benedict that satisfied us both. Extremely attentive. The food was nothing short of spectacular. They managed to step up the eggs Benedict game with tremendously delicious creations. I don't know if they use a special recipe for their hollandaise sauce, but it was flavorful and better than you find in most brunch places. The mimosas and bar drinks were spot on. If we had one complaint it was being seated next to a chatterbox who didn't seem to have an inside voice or care that she was in a restaurant. But the place was so busy, we didn't think to ask to move. We may have just found our new brunch spot. Well done.

**Would recommend a reservation** we got there pretty early and were one of the last people to get a seat before all the space was for reservations. We decided to eat there pretty last minute without researching so that was a close call. They serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday so I think that was part of it. Seating was tight but not uncomfortable, environment was fast paced and we got our food quickly. It was very good! We got smoked salmon Benny and classic benny. No complaints!

I expected a great Thanksgiving meal, and Sarabeth's definitely exceeded my expectations. And I was pleasantly surprised by the portions -- there was certainly enough to eat!! The staff was warm and attentive, and we never felt overcrowded by other diners (unlike many other places). A top day all around.

The service is IMPECCABLE! The brunch is really good and they make great smoothies. I came in today and not only did my food come out very quickly, but I never had to ask for one thing. Everyone kept checking in to see if I needed anything including the hostess. They were so kind that being there honestly made my day. I will definitely be back.
