If you can get the Burrata, I highly recommend. All the food was simply delicious, and the service impeccable. We will definitely never miss a chance to return to this wonderful village gem.
Amazing restaurants with a great atmosphere. The food is to die for. I recommend the wild mushroom ravioli and the branzino. Service was very good and food came out on time (even thou we were a large party of 12).
We stopped an older gentleman in the neighborhood and asked him for a nice place to eat, and he recommended this place. We had a very nice experience. Even the outside tables had table cloths. The waiters were all reminiscent of Italy, and there were plenty of people to look after us. Best of all the food was great, I had rigatoni with mushrooms and sausage and my wife had mushroom ravioli with truffle cream sauce.
We live in Tribeca, but we will come here again it’s a great little place. I forgot to tell you that it seems to be a neighborhood haunt, because a lot of people in the neighborhood came in for takeout.
My wife also had gazpacho which was good as an appetizer my salad was acceptable.
Our hotel concierge's recommendation, my partner and I had a delightful, authentic Italian experience with exceptional food at La Villetta.
Food:
Fantastic food, we had lots of dishes and each one very tasty. Calves livers, calamari, pasta and pizza dishes all wonderfully cooked and presented.
Atmosphere:
A beautifully understated environment that just makes the excellent quality of the food even more surprising and enjoyable. Great place for our large group - although you won’t be wowed by the internal design - you will end up loving it here.
Service:
Humble, professional and accommodating. We had an important crowd with us, that we hadn’t seen for a long time, and desperately wanted a happy and fun time. You gave it to us - Thank you.
Excellent, neighborhood Italian joint in Midtown NYC (E 52nd St) 👍 👍
Had lunch outside on Labor Day and everything was absolutely delicious- you can tell that the ingredients are of good quality. The portions were big so we had plenty of leftovers (that were just as delicious the next day!). We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the outdoor seating, and the service was great. We’re so glad to have stumbled upon this Midtown East gem!
Hidden gem of midtown east. Their bruschetta is to die for ugh i want it NOW.
I also like their seafood pasta
Hard
to beat the enthusiasm of the wait staff even if it is occasionally a bìť ĥam-hamhañded ɓy ĵunior newbies , the menu is well conceived & executed. Prices are reasonable. My only wish is that they should lose that 3٪$urchàrge for credit card usage . All told it's a solid 4 🌟 deal. BTW, the best dessert ever = limoncello sorbet.
Cozy Italian, good food and service. Worth trying.
Local Italian restaurant.... great service and food. Was packed on a Friday evening. Reserve ahead! Popular with the locals.
Amazing stuff service number one you feel home.
And the food is delicious always.
I love to get spaghetti bolognese, and the salmon is so good.
