We chose this place because it is close to our hotel and we were tired and hungry. What a great surprise to find the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. If you want to eat healthy you can order the Skinny burger like I did. Our party also ordered the fried chicken sandwich with French fries, bison burger with sweet potato, asparagus and the super yummy kale salad. We splurged on home made oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert. Check total for three VERY full and satisfied adults was just under $70 before tax and tip. We may be back to try the steaks. Didn’t think to take a pic before we ate.

Great burgers in a great atmosphere. Food was delicious - never had a bison burger before and we enjoyed. Wait staff was attentive but not overly in your face, which we loved. Would go back in a minute
Great place to eat something different (Bison). We ate here with our family on Thanksgiving day and loved it. Service was great and food excellent. My wife and I had eaten at a Ted's in Atlanta several years ago. We had our whole family as well as my brother-in-laws family with us (total of 10). They all loved the Bison steaks and we would all definitely go back again!!
I wouldn't call Teds a full-on $20-30 a plate place. Their burgers are $16-18. But with 2 sodas and tax we spent $52. Food as always was good. Teds has some of the best burgers in the nation. Just wish there were more of them further west.
Food was good. Recommend the Teds Fillet, bison or steak. The bison ribeye was cooked a little past medium like ID asked. Wife's fillet was excellent. Servicer was very nice but slowed when the restaurant got busy.

Excellent bison burger. Nice kids menu - my 9 yr old got steak and said it was "amazing". Nice atmosphere (see photo). Definitely worth trying. Prices very reasonable.
Great restaurant just off midtown/times square. Been here a number of timed now and while I may complain about my steep bill from ordering so much, its worth every penny. If nothing else check it out for there bison burgers, just be careful as its leaner and lighter than beef so you could easily eat 2-3 in one sitting. Service is questionable you can't have everything I guess.
Sat in bar as it was just me. Waitress (Kate) was friendly and helpful. Ordered the bison ribeye. It was awesome!! Tender and lots of flavor. Veggies were cooked just right. Mashed potatoes could have more flavor. If your here go for the extra 5 bucks and get the Bison.
I dined here in December of 2019, amd I had a wonderful experience. My daughter and I ate so many servings of the pickles they brought to the table. I had sangria which was good. My daughter and I both ordered bison burgers, and they were so delicious! I would definitely go back.
This was perfect for a dinner after seeing the Rockefeller Christmas tree and windows on 5th Avenue. Convenient parking in garage next door. Lot’s of families having holiday family meals so service was slow but otherwise a great experience.
First visit to New York and we craved for some good steaks. Googled for beat steaks around me and picked Ted's Montana Grill after reading the reviews. True to the early reviewers, the food didn't disappoint. The ambience was cosy and service was excellent. The server checked on our needs and was attentive. The steak was perfect to our liking and the onion rings is a must-try. The burger and salad are awesome and my son said that that is the short ribs he has ever tasted. Love it here.
Our server Elizabeth was a joy! The bar service was backed up but the overall service was excellent! Good food, served timely and got us to our show on time!
Early dinner on December 23 but no tables available. So we sat in the bar area. Not ideal but okay. My son and I had bison steaks and they were great! But they should have included a vegetable. My wife the salmon which she very much enjoyed.
Stopped here after a show for a quick bite and so glad we did. Our waitress - Raven, was super friendly and so professional. She could tell you anything about the menu and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. So this place is a steakhouse, but they offer burgers, seafood and bison options for your beef protein. I choose, Ted's Bacon Cheeseburger and as you will see from the photos it is as good as it looks! My better half choose a little lighter opting for the Delicious Duo - two 3oz burgers that were...you guessed it - Delicious! The Salt & Pepper Onion Rings are a must! Lightly battered and fried to perfection. A definite stop for us next time we're in town.
Lively atmosphere and great food. Service was friendly and prompt. Try the bison if you never have, it tastes like beef but more tender and less fatty. Highly recommend! It is a bit pricey but that should be expected for this area of NYC.

Came in from WI today and had us a wonderful first dinner in New York! Great burgers and onion rings! Even with it being packed on a Friday night, our food came out super fast. Highly recommend!
Everything was delicious. Burgers are amazing! Service was excellent. Both our bartenders were attentive, friendly and their recommendations were on point! Happy we stopped there for dinner.
