I’m from the uk and I’m a food health freak and vegetarian- and the uk are absolutely crap at providing healthy options on menus etc. I love this place I’m in food heaven - such an array of wonderful healthy options. I wish we had one in the uk �
did a tasting with Luv Michael today at Fresh and Co. I can not say enough about the people who work here. From the manager letting us use the outdoor eating area for our set up to the cashiers wearing our pins and being a huge supporter of our mission. Thank you so much for being so accommodating! We will definitely be back!
Ordered the oatmeal with banana and brown sugar and the vegetarian breakfast burrito! $16 total both tasted really good. Lots of space inside and lots of options
I so wish we had found this place sooner. We stopped for breakfast and there were great GF options (including bread) for my husband with celiac. I had the keto energy bowl and it was GREAT!! I wish I had taken a picture because it was a beautiful dish. This was also the cheapest place we ate and everything was so fresh. GF options are more difficult than we anticipated in NY so I highly recommend this place!.
Fresh&co offers a lot of friendly food for those with allergies. My friend with gluten allegory felt like heaven when she was here. The food was delicious. I love how accommodating everyone here was. The staff was really friendly. She managed to get glue free toast, fruit, potatoes and omelette. All things she can actually eat. I encourage others to try their food too!
I came here and got the breakfast burrito and a smoothie. It was delicious! They also had plenty of other delicious sandwiches to chose from. The customer service was polite and quick, and everything was made how it should be. 10/10 would recommend!
Decent food at decent prices. The ambience is nice. The place is large. The staff is very nice. The Food comes out quick and fresh. You can’t really ask for much more at this price point I highly recommend it. The California turkey wrap is very good. Definitely better than a lot of other food in this area for a quick bite. Go get it
We were a group of 39 young adults and tour leaders, in NY for 3 days (July 26-28). We arrived at the 7 Avenue location early in the morning and asked if we could reserve enough spots for all. The manager, without hesitation, quickly organized her restaurant and staff to push through all of our breakfast orders efficiently and in a timely manner - all done with a smile from everyone and kindness shown that was above and beyond what was expected!! We went there every morning for our 3 days and they again accommodated us without hesitation. On our final day we also had not only breakfast but asked for a carry-out lunch as well, which they were also happy to provide. I would highly recommend this location and would like to give a special shout out to the manager. Her professionalism and organizational skills were phenomenal! Thank you so much!!
Good egg breakfast at reasonable price. Fast service. Minus one star for rude cashier (small girl with black rim glasses).
The nicest people work here!! I was lost and had to use the bathroom they were so kind to me. Super fresh and healthy menu.
The salad was good. A bit pricey! That is NYC for you. But if you are looking for a nice light meal. They give you a lot. It is worth it.
Birthday trip to New York landed me here from plane ! Great latte and wow, super friendly staff !!! A few outdoor seats .. Beautiful Anna gave me a bday treat so yum 😋 thank you so much .. they have one in new Orlando fl so for my florida peeps check them out !! Customer service here is definitely a winner 🏆
