Came by this place while my wife and I were on vacation. Food was fresh and you can really tell they put in the time and effort to do it the "right way". Would recommend this to anyone in search of a good place to eat!
Not bad at all for a food court. So far, everything I've had is great. Favorite is the Pho Tai, but everything is good. Definitely a great shift from overly-greasy food court food.

Huge portions, decent quality, inexpensive. For $7 the well done beef soup was huge, with Vietnamese noodles, fresh celantra, green onions. Great quality for a food court. 3/10.
Quick vietnamese bite. The beef noodle sounded good, so I ordered that. The noodles were spicy but served cold. The beef was tender, seasoned with lemongrass sprinkled with peanut bits. The crispy pork egg roll was really good with the sauce. The lady at the register was polite.
By the way, is it too much to expect a plate to look as presented in the picture?

Not a fancy place. It's in a good court, but don't let that keep you away. Prices are good and the food is good as well. It's not totally on par with freestanding noodle houses elsewhere in the metro area, but for a super quick lunch, it does a pretty darn good job of being tasty. Staff is super nice and fast.

I was a little tired of Creole food, was looking for something different while taking a walk around the neighborhood and was thrilled to have found this spot on Google. Only open for lunch I believe, and it's in an office building food court, so ambiance is lacking. the service was exceptional and the food was pretty good. Not the best, but not bad either. The staff was very kind and gracious.
I come here for lunch 1-2 times a week. The food is delicious and I love that they offer the small plates ('mfavorite is lemongrass bed and brown rice). It is the perfect amount of food, perfect serving size. The workers are really sweet and always greets customers kindly. Love this place very mi

I work right around the corner so I often eat there. All there dishes are delicious. I especially like there pho noodles and the shrimp spring rolls. The lunch crowd is busy but they get your order in no time. I highly recommend this place.
I placed a late lunch order through Ritual that was supposed to be picked up by a co-worker, well the co-worker didn’t pick up the order and I didn’t realize it until after the close of lunch. I went down in hopes that my lunch might be there. Luckily the owner was cleaning up from the lunch rush and when I explained what happened she remade my lunch, after they had already closed. You don’t find service like that often.
I am a big fan! My experience at St Charles Noodles has been great. The food is consistently the best food in town. From the pho to vermecilli to spring rolls. I work in the CBD area and I eat there at least 3 days a week. I highly recommend it.
The owners are very accommodating. Made us vegetarian fried rice and also egg fried rice which was not on the menu. I got the spicy chicken on vermicelli noodles. Was very good

Everything is really good but I especially like the pho and egg rolls. Probably the best and fastest bowl of pho you can get in town. They always give so much meat and it is the best bang for your buck. The broth is so good that you don't even need to add sriracha or hoison to it, but I definitely have to add lime because I love lime!
The house dressing is also really good with the salad! Definitely cannot go wrong here!
